Open concept living room and kitchen for easy conversation. Fully equipped kitchen. Minutes from downtown Puyallup. Central location for many destinations.

Close to freeway on-ramps, small shops, mall, and everything in between. Short driving time to major golf courses, Mt. Rainier, Mt. St. Helens, Point Defiance, NW Trek and just about anything else you would like to enjoy. Eat at kitchen counter or enjoy formal dining for 6. Front-loading w/d provided. Open concept living/dining/kitchen. Gas fireplace in living room. King bed in master, 2 twin beds, and queen bed in secondary bedrooms. Walk the town and enjoy the atmosphere. Buy a yogurt cone across from the park or stop at Starbucks for coffee. Antique stores galore. Pioneer Park hosts live summer music by various musical groups, weekend farmer's market with artwork, flowers, food and crafts. Some very nice original art of the Northwest can be viewed and purchased during summer festivities.

Family reunion with our son living three doors

With our son living three doors away this was a perfect location for a two night family gathering with another son and wife coming in from Georgia. House was perfect size and welcoming

Now that we are in our seventies, we enjoy keeping this beautiful home ready for others to enjoy. We love this neighborhood and will eventually live in this home. It was remodeled with solid wood doors for noise prevention, laminated flooring, and top-of-the-line everything.

Why they chose this property

We have owned this home for several years as a VRBO listing. Last year we remodeled the kitchen and that led to a full remodel project in anticipation of enjoying the neighborhood ourselves at some time in the future.

What makes this property unique

Puyallup and the surrounding area offer everything from antique stores to a park with summer entertainment. Weekend farmer's market at the park offers produce, art, and entertainment. The area is a unique blend of country and city.
