Cute, clean, and updated efficiency unit located in beachfront resort with amenities. Don't miss the gorgeous sunsets from the many lookout areas! Unit comes fully furnished, including linens, dishware, glassware, pots, pans, and décor. The unit has been recently painted, new backsplash, chandelier, brand new sleeper sofa (not yet used), leather reclining sofa and custom blackout blinds, towels, and bedding!

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay, so don't rent this unit for someone else. Someone who is at least 21 years old must be the primary renter and be staying in the unit.

Located on South Thomas Drive, the complex is conveniently close to PCB’s best dining, signature golf courses, deep-sea fishing, nightclubs, water and amusement parks, miniature golf, and gift shops. Major grocery stores and retailers are within a 5 to 10-minute drive. At Top of the Gulf, you’ll find family friendly amenities that will make your vacation truly special.

This vacation rental features:
one queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa.

Top of the Gulf Resort Rules:
• No pets.
• All guests must register with the front desk immediately upon arrival.
• Please display your permit on your vehicle.
• Arm bands must always be worn on the property.
• Pool hours are from 8 am to 11pm.
• No glass in pool area or deck area.
• All infants require swim wear diapers in the pools.
• Trash chutes are located on each floor, just past the elevator.
• Front desk HOA office hours are from 8 am to 5 pm Tuesday through Saturday:
• No smoking in unit. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking open-air areas.
• No skateboards, no rental scooters or golf carts allowed on the property.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Trash Disposal: Trash chutes are located on each floor, just past the elevator. Please do not leave trash in the laundry room. The HOA will impose a $100 fine if the cameras reveal that a renter has left trash in the laundry room.

PARKING: A parking pass must be purchased by guest at time of arrival. The parking pass needs to be visible (facing out) on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay.

Parking passes and wristbands can be purchased, for $30, from the 1st floor office (9am to 5pm) or through security during high season (4pm to midnight). The $30 is a one-time fee and is good for a parking pass and no more than 4 wristbands (valid for the entire stay).

Please note that this resort only accepts cash at the front desk for the parking passes. There is an ATM machine in the lobby. At the time of registration, they will receive rules, instructions and one parking pass.
