This is the perfect little hideaway in Daytona. It was SO clean!! The bed was so comfortable!! The shower got SO hot it was such a nice way to decompress after a long day at the beach. Jenna was such an amazing host. Any questions we had she replied fast. The toilet was running and she had her contractor come and fix it and even HE was amazing. So nice and communicative. There was no extra check out chores like a lot of have. It Felt just like a hotel!!! The location is UNBEATABLE!!!! It Didn't even feel like a far walk and I'm 6 months pregnant!! I would 10/10 rebook here and recommend to my friends and family too!!

Great location, close to bars on main street...short walk to ocean walk shoppes where there are restaurants, bars, and daytona bandshell which hosts tribute bands every weekend may thru august. Great responsive host communication. Strong wifi which allowed me to complete remote work. Clean unit with amenities listed!
The Space:
It takes about 3 minutes to the beach. It is across the street from the Hilton, at the auditorium parking lot. See auditorium practice events from the balcony. Free Parking on property for 1 vehicle per unit. The space is accessed from the large front balcony on the 2nd floor. There is a large front room that is used as a bedroom and also living room with a queen bed with chest of drawers and nightstand. In that same room is a desk and office-like chair for use with your computer as a workspace. There are black-out blinds for the night-owls or others who will need to be sleeping during the day. The separate full kitchen has an electric range/stove for cooking, large refrigerator, microwave, and all utensils (pots, pans, cutlery). Coffee maker and coffee with condiments are also provided. Free Strong WiFi for video-conferencing etc. We have discounted the unit if it is occupied by only one person because our expenses will be discounted by the cleaners, our utility bills will be less etc. Should you have a second person occupying the unit please disclose it upfront as it WILL impact your stay at the unit.
Guest access
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. There's an additional charge of $20 per night for each additional person(s) over 1 residing with you in the apartment.
There is an extra QUEEN AIR BED for any additional guest with double occupancy. A special offer can be extended for long stays of 30+ days. Despite price, consideration is given to your requests for a discount because of your financial needs, and need for a vacation.
