We are disappointed to learn that you were unhappy with your stay, particularly because most of these concerns were never brought to our attention during your week-long visit. The issues you did report—the mildew—was caused by a leak from the condo above us. I certainly wish you would have notified us of this sooner when you first noticed it. As soon as you notified me, I immediately sent someone to the condo, and the issue was addressed and repaired. Regarding the mention of vodka bottles and dip, I did not see these items, and our housekeepers have since inspected the sofa and pillows and found them to be in good condition. We take great pride in our condo and in providing our guests with an enjoyable stay. I encourage prospective guests to read our other 45 reviews, which provide a much broader picture of the experiences our guests have had with us. It is unfortunate that we were not given the opportunity to address these concerns while you were there, as we certainly would have done everything possible to make things right
