This single-story home boasts a prime location on a quiet road south of Route 28, within a mile stroll of Parkers River Beach, Thatcher Beach, and Seaview Beach. When you're not lounging on the sand (with towels, chairs, and an umbrella provided), you'll be a short walk from Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf, the Whydah Pirate Museum, and an assortment of shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

After a summer day on the swings at Parkers River Beach, come home to rinse off in the outdoor shower and take advantage of the fully fenced yard out back. It's a fantastic space to play cornhole and Spikeball in the grass, soak up the sunshine in cushioned seats, and dine alfresco at sunset on the spacious paver patio.

The interior has a lovely sense of polish and an easy coastal charm, accented by plush furnishings and warm accents of natural wood. Enjoy a light-filled living room with a smart TV, a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and ample space to dine at the four-sided breakfast bar and the built-in dining room table. The latter is also a great spot for evening board games, card games, and movies streamed on the second TV.

Additional features of the house include smart TVs in both air-conditioned bedrooms, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
