This waterfront, open floor plan, two-bedroom cottage on Swan Pond is a 2-mile paddle down Swan Pond River to Nantucket Sound, or take it easy and explore Great Island a short distance away! We provide two kayaks and one canoe for your use. Great location! All of the conveniences when you exit the highway, then escape to the sound of the wind whispering through the trees. Osprey and Swans call this place home! A short distance to the bike trail and hiking trails. The sliding door opens to a spacious deck with beautiful views of Swan Pond. Table with four chairs on a paved patio for a wonderful outdoor dining experience. One king bed, two twin beds, and a three-seat sofa bed, all linens and towels provided. There are four stools on the kitchen island, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Internet and extended cable with Smart flat-screen TV. Small desk for remote work. New refrigerator and stackable washer and dryer. Gas grill with propane, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler.

We enjoyed our 3rd year in a row at this fabulous rental! The serene setting overlooking Swan Pond was so perfect for relaxing and enjoying our vacation. My 5-year-old Weimaraner, Daisy Mae, loved hanging out watching the birds, chipmucks, squirrels & bunnies! The property has everything we needed and the weather was perfect! We look forward to renting this beautiful property next year!

Peggy's place is a perfect spot to enjoy the Cape. It's the second time we've stayed here along with our dog Grace. The house is updated and steps away from Swan Pond. There are two kayaks which we used numerous times during the week, usually followed by a relaxing 'happy hour' on the deck overlooking the pond before going out to dinner. The property location is a great home base when we ventured further up or down the Cape to visit Hyannis or Wellfleet. Really loved our time there this year.

What a spot! My husband and my little dog had a fabulous week. This sweet cottage has everything one could ask for. We just regretted that we were only here a week. I don’t think there are enough words to commend this property. It is beautifully decorated with plenty of linens and a fully equipped kitchen. The deck furniture is so comfortable and we spent a lot of time on the hammock or the deck. The fenced yard was so good for the dog and our peace of mind. We were visiting see my son and his wife, and if they are still living here next year, we would certainly come back

Swan Pond Cottage is the perfect Cape Cod Getaway. It was immaculately clean, with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, a cozy fireplace and spectacular pond views in every direction. This cottage lives much bigger than it's small size. The yard is nicely landscaped, with an outdoor dining area, gas grill, fire pit, and seating to just relax and look at the water. It feels very private and secluded, but it's close to shopping and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Communicating with Peggy was great. We'd definitely come back for another stay.

Wonderful..Swan Pond is amazing..deck and patio perfect. Host provided everything to make my month here great. Fully fenced...my dogs loved being outside..plenty of shade..canoe, kayaks, and everything you need for a day at the beach!

Beautiful. Just make sure to check address with host: there is another very similar address only a mile or two away which is not correct, and some map apps will navigate to the wrong one when clicking on the (otherwise correct) address given in the property details.
