A beautiful and cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa (2nd floor entry) perfect for a retreat on beautiful Jekyll Island and located steps away from beach, pool, playground and Fitness Center.

NO PETS. NO SMOKING.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
Villas by the Seas has 3 coin-operated laundry rooms accessible with your key cards.

***IMPORTANT NOTICE - THE POOL AT VILLAS BY THE SEA WILL BE CLOSED FOR REPAIRS BEGINNING MARCH 24, 2026, FOR 2-3 WEEKS.

***Beach Access May Not Be Available At High Tide*** During high tide, please enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk OR swimming pool at VBTS or use one of the public beach access parks south of the Holiday Inn

NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Jekyll Island vacation with grandbabies

Perfect property for a mini vacation. The two bedrooms upstairs were perfect for kids and their parents. Grandparents had privacy downstairs. The unit was close to the pool which was great for kids. ( nice pool) The restaurant was very good too! Overall, very nice place!

Spring Break

Property was great, beautiful home, had everything we needed! Cable didn't work at times but we had some pretty bad storms come through during our stay! Great area to visit! Owners were quick to respond! Would definitely recommend!

Family Vacation

We were on the island for family reunion. Unit was nice. Had a few issues at the unit. Security latch on front door was broken. Multiple places we found black hair during initial inspection. One of the bathroom door latches was also messed up. Enjoyed the pool at the facility. A/C worked well in keeping the unit cool.
