Wonderful 3 bedroom (plus queen pull out sofa) 2 bath (plus private outdoor shower) beach house that sleeps 6. Located in quiet neighborhood (*NOT A GROUP OR PARTY HOUSE). Walk or drive to the beautiful private beach. Key access is included to private parking area. Close to town and all the wonderful restaurants and attractions Montauk is known for, or stay at the house and enjoy the outdoor deck and gas bbq.

Includes central air, wifi, washer and dryer and key access to private beach parking.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Town Rental and Noise rules are followed, which says NO "share house" type groups of more than (4) unrelated people are permitted to rent this house.

*Town of East Hampton Rental Registry Certificate #23 - 202. Renters are required to follow all Town rental rules.

A perfect, relaxing getaway!

Location, location, location! Our family has been renting a house in Montauk for 10+ years and this property is one of our favorites. It’s in a perfect location (6 min walk to the beach), extremely clean, and fully equipped with everything needed to accommodate a 2-week stay. An added bonus was the gas fire-pit on the back deck along with a huge, outdoor shower on the lower deck. The owner, Eileen, was also a pleasure to work with. Very well organized and prompt with communication. Highly recommend her Hither Hills home! We will definitely be back!
