This was a great find. Two of my friends and I were in town to attend Woodward Dream Cruise and explore Detroit for the first time. We all had a blast. The property is an easy drive to a lot of good restaurants. Our host was very communicative throughout the weekend ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall the house was exactly what we were expecting from the pictures. Sadly, we did not get to use the hot tub, but it looked nice as did the nice private backyard. Thank you!

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, tons of games for entertainment, and a wonderful outdoor area with a hot tub. My boyfriend and I stayed along with our two sons (teenage and young adult) and everyone had their own space when not hanging out together. The perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of traveling/ exploring. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you for hosting us!

Cute house in a great area.! My 3 friends and I stayed here for 3 days . It’s a perfect little house with everything close to the house. I think it’s worth mentioning that the 3rd bedroom is in the basement. The basement is finished and super nice it’s like your own apartment but, it gets really cold down there because it doesn’t have its own thermostat . The upstairs one controls the entire house so my friends who slept down there were always cold however, there are extra blankets . I would stay again but, wished the lower level was not so cold. If you have someone that’s always hot, let them take the downstairs :0).Owner was super responsive and nice ! Again, I definitely stay again .

This truly is a luxury cozy home! The layout is adorable and feels like a true home away from home and the host has every amenity you could need already at the house! The hot tub is the perfect chefs kiss to this beautiful property. The neighborhood is so charming and really lets you feel the warmth of ferndale! Already trying to see when I can squeeze in another getaway here! Cannot say enough great things about this house and host!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. Highly recommend it. The house is very clean, cute kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The neighborhood felt safe and has great restaurants close by. Just a short ride to downtown Detroit.

Perfect spot for relaxing!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The host was helpful and responsive, the house and amenities were great, and the hot tub outside was a great way to unwind. Highly recommend; also there is a cute park across the street that has the best swing set!
