Beautiful, quaint and relaxing home in downtown Monument, Colorado. Walking distance to all the best Downtown Monument has to offer and a short drive to Monument lake. The home is only minutes away from the US Air Force Academy and is located close by the interstate for a quick drive to Downtown Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, the Broadmoor Hotel, and more! The home is close to Castle Rock and only a 40 min drive to Denver! Great hiking/biking trails near by!

This has professional design touches that will make you and your family feel right at home! Quartz counter tops and a fully stocked kitchen will meet all your cooking needs. The home is one level with a great deck out back to relax on! The whole family will enjoy!

All rooms and closets are accessible to guess. The garage as well as cleaning closet are locked.

Great downtown stay

This spot was fantastic! Super close to all the cute little shops in downtown Monument. We could walk to the lake, the Santa Fe Trail, and just explore the neighborhood very easily. The inside was clean and cute. Great organization in the closets and nice accent touches. Will definitely stay here again!

Very Nice Place

123 Washington in Monument is a great place. Recently remodeled and redecorated. A short walk to the Trails End Tap room, Fiesta's Mexican Restaurant, a bistro, a coffee shop and at least 2 wedding venues that we saw. Owners are very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Home Away from Home

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this charming home in Monument, CO just one block from the town center and 15 minutes from USAFA. The house was immaculate. The outdoor deck is quite private and a good size for five adults. There was plenty of room in the driveway for parking five cars. The location was incredibly convenient, with a short walk to cafes and restaurants. The well-maintained house and beautiful garden made for a lovely atmosphere. The top-notch service made our stay extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this beautifully appointed home/getaway with convenience and charm. Thank you for a great stay, Tim, Julie, and Kevin!

Perfect home away from home

If this home is available, book it! It was incredibly clean, cozy, beautifully decorated, loaded with amenities and felt like home right away. Mornings on the deck sipping coffee is a must and was definitely one highlight of our stay. There is a train that comes through during the week but you can only hear it when outside so it’s no issue for sleeping. Communication was easy and the host did a great job of making recommendations as well as checking in after a storm passed through without being intrusive. We truly had an amazing stay and will check availability upon our next trip to Colorado.
