1 bedroom, windows, french doors, living and kitchen combined area. W/D in kitchen. Patio to private courtyard. You control heat and air. full size electric standing stove, refrigerator, unfortunately no dishwasher. I suggest "Eat Out!"
2nd furnace hvac system that you control. Daylight basement. Quiet first level house built into Sawnee Mtn.
Ceramic floor, quiet! Living on West side Sawnee mtn owner suggests you visit the park while your here. Also recommend Gibbs Gardens World Class Gardens North GA close by. Dahlonega has a Lavender Farm.
