Tower III - 250 condos on 22 floors. We are on the only floor (3rd) with a a direct walkover to the parking garage and beach! No elevator needed!

You will not forget the heated luxurious pool at Calypso Tower III. PERFECT FOR OUR WINTER GUESTS! The pool offers approximately 8000 Square feet of surface with a geometric shape that holds over 200,000 gallons of heated water! Along the perimeter of the pool and sunning deck, four sets of stairs offer easy access.

A 3rd floor "Walkover" connects Tower III and the parking garage to Towers I and II . Take the walkover where the famous sugar white sand beaches, the emerald green waters, and the cushy comfy PRE-PAID BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLA LUXURY are waiting for you!!!!!!

***There is a Registration Fee of $60.00 per vehicle paid DIRECTLY to the Calypso Resort (not VRBO), which includes one parking pass. Additional $60 passes may be requested but availability cannot be guaranteed.***

Minimum age of primary renter is 25..
We do not rent to anyone under age 25 without parents or guardians present the entire stay.
Only registered guests are permitted in our condo. Maximum occupany is 6 persons.
IMPORTANT: It is a felony in the State of Florida to throw, drop or allow anything to fall from the balcony. Violations will result in forfeiture of your deposit and eviction without refund.

HOUSEKEEPING:
We have had the same wonderful housekeeper at our Calypso condos for over 10 years!

BEACH CONDO HOSPITALITY:
We own a 3 Bedroom condo in Calypso Tower 2 and are thrilled that we've purchased new condos in Tower III. We can now accomodate our entire crew at Calypso! YAY!

FRIENDLY REMINDERS OF CALYPSO TOWER III RULES & REGULATIONS:

POOL:
HOURS OF ENJOYMENT 9AM - 10PM
Glass is prohibited in the pool area.
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.
Babies must wear swim diapers.
Appropriate swimming attire is required in the pool area.

BEACH ACCESS:
TOWER III Guests may use the Tower I and II beach access, and enjoy use of the beachfront TIKI BAR with patio tables and chairs, located in the center common use areas between Calypso Towers I and II.
Beach Access #53 is conveniently located to the West of Towers 1 and II.

GYM:
HOURS OF ENJOYMENT 7AM - 10PM
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent.
Non-slip athletic shoes, shirts, and appropriate attire required.

PARKING:
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: You will need to go online and pay the $60 fee directly to the Calypso Resort Condo Association (not thru VRBO), and print your parking pass. Don't forget to print your parking pass, because you must DISPLAY THE PARKING PASS on your dashboard and will need it to get IN and OUT of the garage. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to being towed at the owner's expense. If you are bringing a 2nd vehicle, there is a $60 charge for the additional parking pass.

LUGGAGE CARTS
Carts are conveniently located on level 3 of the parking garage - Directly across the walkover from our condo! Level 3 of the Calypso parking garage offers crossovers to Calypso Towers 1, 2, and 3. You won't find a more convenient condo than THE DOLPHIN!

WRISTBANDS must be worn in common areas to ensure your safety and privacy at the resort. 6 wristbands will be inside the condo waiting for you. Please ensure there are 6 bands when you leave. There is a $50 replacement charge for lost bands.

A few NO-NO's to be aware of before you reserve!
-NO SMOKING, E-Cigarettes, OR VAPING is allowed in Calypso's pool and common areas, including the balconies and TIKI BARS.
Breathe in the fresh salt-air!
-NO PETS, Sorry. Family members have allergies, so please understand.
-Throwing/Dropping ANYTHING from the BALCONY is a FELONY in the state of Florida and will result in immediate eviction and prosecution.
-The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
