RENOVATED APARTMENT WITH AIR CONDITIONING, NEW KITCHEN and BATHROOM, NEW BEDS, FREE WIFI, ELEVATOR, PRIVATE ONSITE PARKING, WASHING MACHINE.
FIVE MINUTE WALK TO BEACH AND BALCON. Be lulled to sleep in brand new beds by the gentle sound of the surf a few meters away! Next door to the Parador, our apartment is in Edificio Acapulco, the best location in Nerja. It is located on the third floor with an elevator and private off street parking behind the building. Broadband internet access and WiFi are available.
Air conditioning units were added to all rooms in 2017.
There are two bedrooms with built in closets and shelves; the master bedroom facing the sea with a new queen bed, the other, looking north to the mountains, has two new twin beds.The main living area consists of a dining area with a typical Spanish wood table and 6 dining chairs. Beyond this area is the lounge area with a sofa, two upholstered chairs and sliding glass doors to the outdoor terraza. This has a dining table and four chairs. The lounge area has a flat screen color TV, new in 2016, and cable box receiving dozens of channels. A washing machine is in the bathroom. The terrace provides beautiful coastal views to the east and south. Looking east you can see the village of Maro, location of the Nerja caves. In the background are the mountains and the rugged coastline extending eastward toward the town of La Herradura.
The large private garden includes a large, lovely swimming pool and bathroom facilities.
Nerja provides the best of the old and the new. It is a charming white village with narrow cobbled streets that invite walking. No car is needed. Outside of town is the new super highway that will take you to Malaga and Granada. Everything one needs can be found within a short walk of the apartment, from small family owned stores and restaurants to modern supermarkets and fashionable boutiques.
Eating out includes paella on the beach at one of the many beachfront restaurants to tapas and fine dining. Easy day trips can be made by local bus to Malaga, Frigliana, and Granada, home of the famed Alhambra. Don't miss seeing that! Beautiful hiking trails are in the mountains behind us.

We bought this unit in Edificio Acapulco because it is located next door to the parador, the best section of Nerja. It is a quiet location, has onsite parking, an elevator, a pool, and a beautiful sea view.
What makes this property unique
We love eating out on the balcony while watching the gorgeous view of the mountains and sea! We enjoy staying here because the neighborhood is quiet and is close to the beach and downtown. It also has a security gate and a private garden and pool as well as secure parking behind the building..
