This beautiful family home is located high in the Cordillera Valley Club (CVC) development with gorgeous views of New York Mountains, Vail Back Bowls, Bachelors Gulch, Beaver Creek and Arrowhead. Huge timber logs frame an open floor plan with enormous outdoor deck space. Patio furniture usable year round on South facing sunny deck. Each room is well appointed with luxury beds and full linens. Weekly maid service available. Located in the prestigious CVC gated community and amongst some of the most expensive homes in the area.

Large Outdoor private hot tub, steam shower in master, designer kitchen and furnishings throughout. Wireless internet, top level appliances and furnishings. Two garage spaces included in rental. Ideal location for a family outing. Kid friendly bedroom with four bunk beds.

Home has a caretaker suite occupied by one person on a separate lease with own entrance and one garage space. Caretaker has no access to outdoor space, gas grill, hot tub or patio furnishings.

Location to skiing, golf, hiking, biking, fishing, and other Colorado outdoor sports. Great proximity to many Vail Valley restaurants nearby. Views are spectacular, waking up each morning is a treat. The stars at night are amazing from the outdoor hot tub or the deck. Beautiful landscaping with giant pines sound the home for a picturesque location to enjoy.
