We truly didn’t know what to expect, however the unit we stayed in was perfect. Very clean, no noise from neighbors, easy on site parking. 15-20 min walk to the river front area. Easy access to Mrs Wilkes, The Pink House, Forsyth park, etc. We would definitely recommend LuckySavannah rentals for anyone who wants to see/experience all of the architecture of Savannah.

Was a great location and it fulfilled its purpose. Shower did not drain well, bed could be updated, and there was no ironing board.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the location worked well and the home served its purpose. We’re sorry the shower didn’t drain properly, the bed felt dated, and there wasn’t an ironing board. These items have been passed to our operations team for inspection and repairs, and an ironing board will be added. We regret we weren’t made aware during your stay, as we’re local and aim to resolve issues quickly. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again. - The Lucky Team

We had a great stay. The location was wonderful. It was great to have parking in the rear so we didn’t need to park on the street. The vent fan in bathroom needs cleaning as it was thick with dust & not defrosting the mirror so we opened the A/C vent more to help. We were short one set of towels & they brought them that evening. The bed was very comfortable & great for my bad back. I suggest putting a mirror in the bedroom so 2 women can get ready at the same time. Our overall experience was great. Very nice condo.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re glad the location, parking, and the bed worked well for you and that your overall stay was great. I’m sorry about the dusty bathroom vent and the mirror not defogging. Maintenance and housekeeping will clean the vent and check the ventilation so mirrors defog properly. Apologies, too, for the missing towel set — I’m glad we could bring extras that evening; we’ll review our turnover checklist to prevent that in future. Thanks for the suggestion about adding a bedroom mirror — we’ll look into options to make getting ready easier for two guests. Safe travels, and we appreciate you staying with us. - The Lucky Team

Great Location

We really enjoyed the location, parking and walking distance to everything! The only complaint is there was no kitchen towels, hair dryer didn’t work and shower was very unlevel accumulating water which would not drain.

Really great neighborhood

The surroundings were everything an out of town visitor would want! The apartment was clean, comfortable and fit our needs. The only thing missing would be one or two extra blankets for the hide-a-bed. Thanks for the early check in as well!

The apartment is in a great location, is comfortable, and parking behind the building is convenient. Over-all, can recommend this location. The shower needs to be re-tiled to drain effectively. The description reports a patio, but the patio area is adjacent to AC equipment, waste containers and the parking lot. It would not be a comfortable place to sit.

Thank you for staying with Lucky Savannah. We appreciate the positive notes about the location, comfort, and parking. I’m sorry the shower drainage and the patio setting fell short — we will have the shower addressed to improve drainage and will update the listing to more accurately describe the patio area. Thanks for the recommendation; we hope to host you again. - The Lucky Team

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was right on the northeast corner of Forsyth Park. The area was beautiful and we could walk to most of the things we wanted to see. Onsite parking was much appreciated. Phone support was excellent. It was easy to reach staff during business hours. They were friendly and helpful. Furnishings were a bit worn, but fine. Rental was clean and comfortable. Price reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We really enjoyed the location of this property as it was walking distance to historic downtown. The park is right across the street which is also very nice. Only complaint is that the shower was very unlevel and accumulated about 1.5 inches of water that would not drain, kind of gross. Everything else was as expected and decently nice.

The location is fantastic and includes a parking space! The unit was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and had nice sheets. Having a washer/dryer was super helpful, and a kitchenette is such a bonus when traveling… however we were unpleasantly surprised to find that while a couple ground coffee pouches were supplied, filters were needed and there were none! Also, no cream or sugar packets. An oven mitt, salt and pepper and a little dish soap would have been helpful too. Safety notes: the light above the shower is missing its cover leaving an exposed bulb and the outlets above the kitchen sink and in the bathroom are not secured.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad the location, parking, clean and spacious unit, comfortable bed, washer/dryer, and kitchenette worked well for your stay. We appreciate the helpful notes about supplies — coffee filters, an oven mitt, salt and pepper, and dish soap are great suggestions and we’ve added them to our housekeeping checklist. Most importantly, we apologize for the safety issues you noted. We take those seriously and have reported the exposed shower light cover and the unsecured outlets to maintenance for immediate repair. Thanks again for the feedback — it helps us improve. We’d be happy to host you again. The Lucky Team
