The Fairway Home - "3000 sq. ft. Family Friendly Vacation Home w/ Game Room"

Let me introduce you to our beautiful Fairway Home, located right in the heart of Coeur D'Alene. Surrounded by amazing restaurants, breweries, fantastic golf courses, giant lakes, a theme park, three water parks, five ski resorts, wilderness adventures, endless parks, sandy beaches, snowy winters, and fun in the sun in the summer.

Our beautiful Fairway Home is our home away from home, which offers all four seasons, making this a destination we love to vacation to anytime of the year.

The Fairway Home is a very comfortable, very spacious and relaxing 3,000 sq. foot home, with 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The home has a large kitchen, kitchenette/wet bar, game room, large great room for entertainment and a big back yard. It's perfect for multiple families or a large group of friends, and or even a large family. It's been completely remodeled and everything in the home is brand spanking new!

* Upstairs - Kitchen & Living Room *
You'll find an updated and modern eat in gourmet Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, the kitchen is fully stocked with ALL your cooking essentials and needs. The coffee bar is our personal favorite, offering a Keurig coffee maker, french press and espresso maker. In the coffee bar drawer, you'll find all the fixings needed to brew a perfect coffee or espresso.

The Living Room is cozy and comfortable, with a 65" Roku TV for entertainment. YouTube TV is included for "free". YouTube TV offers everything and more that standard cable has to offer, but better. Amazon Music is also included during your stay and can be accessed from the Roku TV.


* Upstairs - Bedrooms *
The Master bedroom has 1 King bed with a on suite bathroom. There are cozy robes hanging in the closest, a 50" Roku TV, and there is also a pack-n-play in this closet if anyone requires a crib. Has a luggage stand.

The King Room is a very relaxing bedroom with storage and a 43" Roku TV for entertainment. Has a luggage stand.

The Queen Room is probably the quietest room in the home. It's visually appealing, and offers some extreme comfort. The night stands do have power and USB plug-ins. There is also a toddler bed in the closet if needed. Has a luggage stand.


* Downstairs - Great Room & Game Room *
The Great room and Game Room are a big entertainment space to make some good memories in, it has the biggest sofa we could buy, a large 75" Roku TV, a 117" long SHUFFLE BOARD, a foosball table, an air hockey table, 2 kid dart boards, a indoor cornhole board, puzzles, giant jenga, kid toys, family board and card games.

* Downstairs - Kitchenette/Wet Bar *
This space offers more entertainment, with a giant dining room table to utilize for eating, playing board or family games, and or just enjoying a nice glass of wine with your friends and family. The Wet Bar has a good size wine fridge which we generally leave a bottle or two behind in, it also has a mini fridge for your refreshments of choice. The bar has just about every glass of choice, from whiskey glasses to margaritas glasses needed depending on the function or drink of choice.

* Downstairs - Bedrooms *
The bedroom with the Full bed is cute and cozy, this room probably gets the best lighting out of any of the other bedrooms in house. No TV yet but one to come. Has a luggage stand.

The BUNK ROOM is made up of 3 Fulls and 1 Twin bed. One bunk bed is a full over full and the other is a twin over full. This is a great space to stick the kiddos or teenagers in so the adults can utilize all the other nice bedrooms in the home. :) With that said, we invested in nice mattress so the Full Beds are definitely great for an adult as well.
