AlwaysSunny is a Galveston condo is located right on the beach at the highly-popular Seascape community. Seascape is one of the few complexes in Galveston that you do not have to cross the Seawall to get to the beach as it sits directly on the beach.

Enjoy this open-concept living space with a relaxed, beachy vibe. Unwind in a sitting area with a cushioned couch, additional seating, and a 40” wall-mounted TV. A full kitchen features essential appliances to make meal prep a cinch. Nearby, a tucked-away dining area offers seating for four. The spacious main bedroom features a shiplap accent wall, a 32” smart-enabled flat-screen TV, and a dedicated entry to the deck. Guests also have a closet for storage and an en-suite bathroom with a custom tiled shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has accent ship lap walls, a 32” flat-screen TV/DVD combo, a luggage rack, and a closet for storage. A hallway alcove doubles as a cozy bunk room complete with shiplap walls with dedicated lighting - a handy extra sleeping space for families with kids. Need to do some work while you are here? Don’t worry, Wi-Fi is provided.

This unique double balcony features plenty of room to enjoy the front-row view of the ocean. Ready to go to the beach? Beach towels are provided so no need to pack extras. There is also a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use.

Seascape features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors of the complex.

THINGS TO KNOW

* All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.

* Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.

* Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this complex.

* This unit is located on the first floor (above the parking garage). The complex has elevators; however, Seascape will be replacing the elevators in Building 2, and they will not be available for use Nov 30-Jan 29.

* The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.

* Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.

* There is a shared laundry room onsite with coin-operated washer/dryer.

Great location right on the beach with a private boardwalk to the beach. Nice little condo had everything we needed, even beach chairs and a sunshade! Could use a new couch as it has been well loved but everything else was perfect. The extra patio space was a bonus too! Walking distance (on the beach) to Woody's Bar and the Tipsy Turtle Bar and Grill. Just a short drive to many restaurants and grocery stores. Would highly recommend for a family with small children. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Galveston.

This place was absolutely beautiful! The decor, the view outside. Perfect getaway! Parking was easy. You get ONE primary parking spot in the garage and ONE secondary outside of the garage. They even have carts for you to take your bags upstairs. The condo, beach, all easily accessible with code provided at check-in. Plenty of plates and cookware. The only issue we really encountered was that we couldn’t get the water to stop draining in the bathtub so we could bath our kids. We eventually ended up using a washcloth to stop the water. This was minor and an easy fix. We loved the book they left for guests to sign and share their experiences/stories!

Our contact for our stay at Seascape Resort, Jessica, was very accessible and prompt to answer all our questions. She provided excellent service and was very helpful throughout our stay! Seascape Resort provides great features for a stay in Galveston! Great direct access to the beach, outdoor showers and foot showers, nice pool area and hot tub! Very conveniently located to West End of island for quiet walks, enjoying gulf waves, birds and beaches. Also just a short drive to shopping and restaurants. It’s a unique and great place for a stay on Galv. Island!
