We had a wonderful night stay here. Loved watching the colors changing with sunrise and sunset - right from bed! Perfect place to celebrate our anniversary! There is a great bike and pedestrian trail from there along the shore of the bay - bring your bikes and or walking shoes!

Absolutely stunning location with beautiful bay views. The condo was very clean and comfortable and in a fantastic location 5 min away from food, shops and hikes. Watching the sea planes take off and land is an added bonus!

Great Spot to get out of SF

The houseboat is a great location outside of SF, along a walking/running/biking trail. It within walking distance of Sausalito and there is a Target within a 5 minute drive. The house was clean and as described in the listing. The view was beautiful in the evening when the tide was in.

Great water view

This place was tiny but definitely clean and cozy. Other units appeared to be occupied but we never heard anybody. Queen bed was comfortable. Weather was perfect for sitting on the deck watching kids water ski. Would stay again!

Stunning views

This property was beyond perfect. Almost didnt want to go to sleep because we wanted to just keep watching the water and the sunrise was so gorgous. Also having be such a short walk to a wonderful breakfast place was great. We enjoyed getting to walk along the waterway and look at all the cute houses on the water. The host was fantastic wirh communication and clear instructions for everything. Couldnt have had a better experience.

Fabulous get away!

The condo is just perfect for two people. The view was awesome and it’s so much fun watching the seaplanes come and go! We had a few amazing sunrises too! The condo is well equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer and everything else one can need. We walked to Buckeye and had a great dinner without the worry of driving. It was an absolute pleasure!

House boat in Sosalito

Spend 2 nights in unit D during our two week trip to CA. It was very clean, great views, a nice little kitchen, and a small washer and dryer so we could do aome laundry. It is a boat, so need to conserve on water use, etc. A cool experience!

The condo was very nice, clean, modern, and well-kept. It was great space for a special local getaway with a family member. There was a lot of info to digest related to tides and parking, which seemed intimidating at first, but turned out to be very easy. I did find it odd that guests are responsible for disposing of all trash when leaving. The garbage bins aren't very far (adjacent parking lot), but just feels like an item that would be taken care of given the nightly rate.

This place is as advertised. Very charming. Clean efficiency suite, Amazing views. The property manager is very attentive. Would definitely recommend. The only comments I would make was that the parking was confusing. We kept getting notes on our car. Lots not marked as suggested. A little difficult to find on check-in.. That said, well worth it.!
