The house was comfortable and clean. The location is good and was convenient for us since we were visiting surrounding areas. The neighborhood is quiet. The beds are comfortable. The house is updated. We had no issues.
Everything was nice in the home. It was a bit off the beaten path so to speak and not where I thought it was, but the house was great when we were actually in it.
We had such a great stay, the beds are comfortable and the high tech touches are great! The kitchen is well stocked, and the area is very quiet! We will definitely stay again when visiting town!

Beautiful home, beautiful patio with hot tub and fully stocked with everything you need for a perfect stay! Beds were very comfy and excellent quality!! Would def stay again
Great location right off Grandview Drive, close to all the pubs, shops, and restaurants. The home is darling and comfortably slept our family of 7. Kitchen was very nicely updated and living area very comfortable. Highly recommend!
Ah, these girls graduated in 1975 so our version of “partying” was a little different 50 years ago! But we found the house to be well stocked and furnished nicely. Comfortable beds and really nice bathrooms!
Did not use the hot tub …but thot it might be nice to add a table and chairs outdoors…but otherwise the property met our needs and was very spacious!
We stayed at this home in early October when the colors were spectacular. The yard is great and we say a 7 member herd of deer one early morning. The squirrels and chipmunk were cute. The house was great and appointed with spectacular kitchen appliances. The musty smell was basement and not their fault. The pads were sketchy don’t try in winter. Beautiful home.r
We made this a meeting point for family from Kansas and Michigan. The house was very nice and worked perfectly for the five of us. The Peoria Heights area was very nice and quiet. We took morning walks along the parkway which had beautiful views of the river along the way. Dimitri was very responsive and helpful as the host. The only issues for us were that the hot tub water really needed to be changed and the leaves were knee-deep in the driveway when we arrived. A crew did come to clear the leaves on our last day there. Overall, it was a great place and we would definitely stay there again.
Guest beware — this property poses serious safety, maintenance, and communication issues. We stayed over Thanksgiving 2025, and despite confirming with the owner days before that the hot tub would be ready, we arrived to find it filthy, full of debris, and completely cold. It was clear the home had not been properly prepared.Inside, there was no property manual and multiple listing inaccuracies. The home advertised two king beds, one queen, and two twins, but actually had two kings, one full, and one true twin, the second “twin” was just a trundle and unless you are familiar with trundle beds you would not know of the other bed. The back bedroom was extremely cold due to poor HVAC circulation, and every bed had only a thin comforter with no extra blankets. The entire house had five hangers total. Most concerning, a ceiling heat vent that was not secured properly fell and hit a guest on the head, a serious safety hazard. We immediately notified the owner about the injury and the other issues and received no response. No apology, no acknowledgment, and no effort to address the situation. The next day, a bag of hangers and two small throw blankets were left at the door with no communication and without solving the lack of proper bedding or essentials. This property is poorly maintained, inaccurately advertised, and unsafe. The complete lack of owner communication, especially after a guest injury, is unacceptable. I strongly caution others against renting this home.
