Our experience with this Vrbo rental managed by AA Properties and Landon was extremely disappointing and stressful.The home looked nothing like the clean, safe, family-friendly property that was advertised. During our stay we experienced repeated issues including inconsistent electrical outlets, power concerns, a broken stairway light, a dryer that would not dry properly due to a severely bent vent, a fence gate that would not latch securely, lifting carpet, and general maintenance concerns throughout the property.The most alarming incident was when my 3yr old found a blue pill underneath the lifting carpet and put it in his mouth. As a parent, that was absolutely terrifying.When we raised these concerns, many were minimized or dismissed. We provided photos, videos, and detailed explanations while simply asking for help and repairs. Eventually, instead of working toward a reasonable solution, we were asked to leave the property early.To make matters worse, after checkout the host stopped responding entirely,both to us and, according to Vrbo, to Vrbo support as well. We only eventually received our refund through Vrbo intervention after significant stress and lack of communication.I understand that rentals can occasionally have maintenance issues, and we were never expecting perfection. What made this experience so difficult was the way the situation was handled once serious concerns were brought forward.Based on our experience, I would not recommend this or any property
