About this property

Newly refurbished 3-bedroom house with AC in growing Crosby.

This newly refurbished house has fully tiled floors, new EVERYTHING, including ALL appliances, A/C, a beautiful kitchen, beds and bathrooms. A kamado style grill outside allows for cooking with charcoal if you don't care for the new stove's interface (it's a little confusing). This is a newly refurbished old house and still has some quirks (the front door needs a nudge to open).
The beds and furniture are new, including bathroom fixtures, so note any issues and we'll have them fixed or replaced. The wi-fi is newly installed so it should be solid.
You're ten minutes away from Xtreme Off Road Park and Beach and half an hour from Lake Houston Wilderness Park. NRG Stadium is around 40 minutes if you're attending the World Cup.

This is our first time trying to host renters, and we've spent two years and an ungodly amount of money refurbishing this house, so we're trying to smile over our nerves.

Why they chose this property

This was my father's house before he had medical issues that kept him from staying here, but it turns out it's next to a massive outdoor four wheeler park, so that's a heck of a silver lining.

What makes this property unique

We may have put more time and money into this house that we ever would have our own home, so we hope it will impress renters.
