What I love about the neighborhood is it is set on a quiet street next to over 20 acres of We loved this property because it is in a beautiful neighborhood on a quiet street next to 20 acres of conservation land but within a mile of the beach. Walk towards the water and you will find yourself surrounded by tree lined streets and old estate homes. This is an area like no other on the Seacoast. Unlike the high density homes of the Hampton Beach you feel complete privacy when staying at this home and walking the beautiful old New England streets around it. You will find frequent dog walkers and runners on the sidewalks leading to the beach and an amazing trail along the water once you reach the breathtaking ocean. The backyard is filled with trees and adjacent to Abenaqui Country Club. Every once in awhile you will hear "fore" from the backyard. If you are looking for the perfect beach vacation with New England charm this is the place for you.
What makes this property unique
This home has plenty of room to spread out inside and out. With 4500 + square feet of comfortable upscale living this is the ideal home for multi generational family gatherings. You can have a quiet conversation while in the front room overlooking the expansive front yard while a large group can be gathered watching TV in the family room or hanging out at the bar in the bonus room. Spend the afternoon on the deck overlooking the beautiful back yard. The kitchen is a chefs dream with a Viking Stove, Thermador refrigerator, wine chiller, extra cooling drawers for drinks, warming drawer, and kuerig coffee and cappuccino maker. If grilling is your fancy enjoy the new Napoleon grill on the deck. This place has it all and after a long day at a crowded beach this home will be a sanctuary for you.
