Located just steps away from the serene waters of Lake Erie, our 1st floor condo offers a tranquil and restful retreat that is perfect for a relaxing getaway. As you enter you will be greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that is sure to make you feel right at home.
The interior is tastefully decorated and fully furnished with new smart appliances, 2 smart tv's and charming and comfortable furnishings. This space is perfect for unwinding after a day spent exploring and enjoying the Great Lake! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, and a dining area where you can enjoy family time while taking in stunning views of the lake. Enjoy morning coffee on one of 2 patios while taking in the morning sun and lake scenery. The well appointed bedroom is cozy and comfortable with premium linens, plush pillows and your own smart tv for a cozy movie night, all so you enjoy a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is steps away with plenty of towels and toiletries provided for your convenience. The added queen memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room is great for children or and extra guest or 2. Just steps outside your door boasts a beautiful heated guest & owners only pool, deck area with ample seating for lounging and sunbathing. Don't forget to enjoy the hot tub, clubhouse and sauna! Take a stroll around the marina, or a short walk into town with many restaurants, watering holes, public beach area and the Jet Express! Sail away to the Lake Erie islands for a fun filled day trip. The Sun & The Moon !

It was all about the ECLIPSE ! Totality in Port Clinton ! Thanks Amy for providing a beautiful Condo for our weekend stay. Super clean and a very nice, safe area. Ate in downtown Port Clinton, great restaurants in the area. Marblehead Lighthouse State Park is a nice place to take a stroll. Explored the Catawba Island area. Got a good look at "BESSIE" the Lake Erie Monster swimming 100 yards off shore, right in front of the Condo ! An exciting time was had by all !

Clean and cozy

We really enjoyed our stay. Amy thinks of everything such as extras on everything like toiletries towels blankets and pillows. There is a nice selection of games and cards too. It was a bit small for 4 adults but perfect for a couple people or a couple with small kids. My husband and I would definitely stay here again!

1st floor unit

unit was very clean and beautiful. The only complaint was it said there was a washer and dryer in the unit and there was but not available to the guest. It was behind a locked door. The unit is very nice but i wanted one with a washer and dryer. I felt like i paid good money for the unit and it should have had access to the washer and dyrer.
