You will love this clean and comfortable condo with a marina view and tasteful lake decor. This two bedroom second story condo is sure to give you that relaxation or fun getaway you are looking for. Sleeps 4 and has a well appointed kitchen, two flat screen televisions and WIFI. It also has a washer and dryer, blow dryer, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave.

It features clubhouse access to restrooms and showers, a heated pool and hot tub. There are also gas grills, a fire pit, basketball hoop and boat slips available to rent if you plan on bringing your boat or jet skis. Don't have a boat or jet ski? You can always rent one near-by.

Walk or bike (there are sidewalks) to downtown beaches, playgrounds, restaurants, nightlife (often with live music). Skip the parking fees and walk over to the Jet for a fun trip to the popular Put-In-Bay or Kelly's Island (less than a mile walk and last ferry typically returns around midnight). We are inside the MORA district. If you like animals, make sure you check out the African Safari Wildlife Park (12 mi). Restaurants and fishing charters are within a mile. If you like wineries, I recommend Gideon Owen (13 mi). I also recommend Twin Oaks Brewery...Lovely and sometimes has festivals and live music. Check their schedules on their websites if planning a visit. Nearby Rosie's Bar and Grill and Dock's Beachouse are also great local spots. Grab a drink at one of the nearby bars (walkable). Plenty of live music on the weekends.

25 minutes to Cedar Point, Kalahari, and a short drive to many other beaches and parks that Lake Erie has to offer.

Portage River Paddling Company (kayak and canoe rentals) is within 2 miles and Jet Ski rentals available next to Docks Beachhouse Restaurant which is right down the street. We have recently been spotting bike rentals at several downtown areas, one being near Bootlegger's restaurant.

Port Clinton is the Walleye Capital of the World. There are lots of fishing charters in Port Clinton. Fishing piers and a nice park also nearby. **Fish cleaning is not allowed anywhere at the Clinton Reef Club, not even your boat. There are however local fish cleaning companies.

3 or 4 night minimum stay required depending on time of year. Must be 25 to rent.

It is a non smoking unit. We're sorry, but absolutely no pets are allowed. There is no elevator. Condo is on second floor. No parties allowed. Must follow condo association rules.
