The private 2nd floor entrance to 1 of 2 screened lanai’s with comfortable seating offers a relaxing place to enjoy your favorite beverage.

GUEST ACCESS:
For guests who elect to pay the $350 transfer fee, you are entitled to all of the benefits of membership for the length of your stay; including unlimited golf for the Arthur Hills designed 27 hole championship golf course (cart rental fees are the only thing you pay, around $25-$30), 8 lit tennis courts, several resort style pools, spa, fitness center, basketball court, billiard room, full service restaurant, tiki bar, and more!

**Membership Transfer option is only available for renters who stay at least 30 nights, but are not available for those booking shorter stays. Inquire with us for more information**

For renters that elect not to transfer membership, your amenities are limited to the satellite pools (including one right down the street from the condo), the Heritage Harbor playground, and general green spaces throughout the community!

River Strand Veranda

Beautiful & comfortable veranda unit. If we would have had something go wrong, I have no idea of who we should have contacted. There was no property manager available.
