Villa Vianci is more than a place to stay. It is a living heritage home that we preserve and share with travelers, kept open and maintained so you can make it your own. Made for family gatherings and close friends, it rests on a quiet hilltop of cypresses and olive trees between Florence and Siena. Inside, original antique furnishings and light filled rooms meet practical comfort.
On the ground floor a spacious entrance salon leads to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. From the entrance you also reach the main hall, a comfortable space for relaxing with friends, and from here the villa opens to the Lemon Terrace with its shaded pergola for dinners.
Upstairs a warm sitting room opens onto a small balcony facing Monteriggioni.
Six bedrooms are upstairs and one is on the ground floor. Seven bedrooms host up to fourteen guests. Five are en suite and two share one bathroom. Air conditioning is provided in all upstairs bedrooms and in the ground floor bedroom, while the villa’s thick walls help keep living areas pleasantly cool in summer.
Outdoors, days gather around the private pool behind the house, bordered by cypresses and open countryside. In nearby Staggia you will find essentials. Siena is about 25 minutes and Florence about 60 minutes by car, with Chianti towns and San Gimignano easy for day trips.
IMPORTANT: A caretaker lives in an independent service apartment at the rear of the building and looks after the garden and pool in the early morning at set times. Access to his quarters and to the grounds is via the rear service entrance and the service gate, both separate from guest spaces.
On request, trusted collaborators arrange home cooked Tuscan dinners, hands on cooking classes and curated wine tours.
Villa Vianci exists to be lived in, a quietly placed Tuscan home where families and friends gather, the table is central, and if we have done our work well the villa becomes part of your story.
