Wonderful time, great location, proximal to all that we wee interested in doing. Best equipped kitchen ever! Beds were comfortable and it was nice having the three bedrooms and two bathrooms for our group of three adults. The pool and lagoon were great staff was very friendly. Will definitely return and highly recommend! Very family friendly!
This is a great property. While there isn't much of a yard, the inside is great for anyone! This was just a visit with my spouse and I, but you could for sure have a family here.
This rental is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is a short drive -- or a longer walk - to a Fred Meyer for groceries and just about anything else you need. Perfect for renters seeking a real home-like experience.

First impressions are very important. This is an older duplex in a residential neighborhood. We were a bit shocked when we arrived and saw the entrance. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. From that point on we were detail oriented in the property. *The kitchen is stocked with just essentials. The pots and pans were old, flaking non-stick & badly stained and there was only one wineglass. Good thing we brought our own glasses. *We were going to sweep the debris we had tracked into the house and found THAT broom. *The only cutting board we found was in the counter and covered the remains of a previous tenant. *There was a Britta water pitcher which was nice and the full size refrigerator was clean.*I went to pull the gauzy curtains closed so the neighbors couldn't see in and the curtain rod fell off. *One of the living room windows does not close completely. *A corner of the living room rug was bent up creating a tripping hazard. I lifted the rug and found quite a bit of dirt underneath. *The gas furnace is positioned between the bedrooms and would wake us in the night so we turned it off to sleep.*The bathroom is small and was relatively clean however you could see where the owner had re-caulked around the tub/window area and the mold/black was still there.*The exhaust fan needs cleaning.*The beds were relatively comfortable, sheets and towels were clean. This property is not up to our usual VRBO standards.
Simple buy yet everything you need. Clean, well stocked and reasonably priced. Close to gas station and stores. I loved our little getaway. I would definitely recommend it if you are in the area.

Cozy with comfy beds
This property does not have central heat and air. There is a cooling unit in the living room and small fans for the bed rooms. There is a nice park a couple blocks away. The beds were really comfy.

Plesent enough, only one issue.
Everything was perfect and clean and had that home away from home feeling. My family and I were very pleased. The only thing I didnt like was while we were out and about some one had clearly entered the residence, which was a little confusing and all of my familys belongings were inside nothing was missing as far we could tell. That made me and my family very uncomfortable the rest of the stay.
The house was spotless! It could use some kitchen upgrades, and the walls were thin, so you could hear the neighbors when in the bedrooms, but it was a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds and linens. The living room furniture needs some tightening up, but overall, I enjoyed my stay. There was quite a bit of trouble with the WIFI and TV. The password that was sent to me and printed in the house manual was wrong. It seems that the TV needs some sort of upgrade, or perhaps it's just time for a new one, as it kept losing the Wi-Fi connection, and we had to unplug and sign back in several times. My only real complaint was that I had to let a washer repairman in as soon as I checked in. This was not the host's fault, however, as the repairman was late to the appointment- he ended up being very nice and gave me several dining suggestions. The host was quick to answer questions and help me get connected to the WIFI.This is a simple, no-frills place to rest your head- comfy beds and extraordinarily clean. Shopping and restaurants close by and the neighborhood was quiet as well.
The "Blue Fern" is one half of a house. The street facing side is not particularly attractive. But once inside the place is clean and adequate to the needs of my small family. The kitchen is reasonably equipped. The towels are plentiful. The beds were reasonably comfortable and with the heat at 70 we were comfortable when the temps were below freezing. My significant complaint is that every single night, as we watched the very nice TV, again every single night, the router for the internet disconnected from the TV leaving us with no Wifi signal. It usually took me @10 minutes to run through the necessary steps to power down the wifi, shut down the TV, bring it all back up and then re-set the TV's wifi to the house signal. Sometimes even that took a few tries. I was always able to get it back up- But it was frustrating to have this happen every night right about 90 minutes into our viewing time. Again, the place was comfortable. I would possibly stay again .
