The condo was awesome! We loved the views, layout and cleanliness. Only negative was the building elevators. They kept getting stuck and for most of the stay at least one was being serviced. At one point all three elevators were down. Not ideal when staying on the 23rd floor.

Condo was beautiful. Spacious and clean. Gorgeous gulf view from balcony. Issues with elevators. Some would get stuck, some dropped during ride. A different one would be shut down each day. Seemed very dangerous. Issues with beach chairs. We’re supposed to be included in our room. We were told unless we came down first thing in the morning and signed a paper to get them we couldn’t have any mid day. Parking also awful. I’d advise to park in overflow with anything mid size or above. We also rented a golf cart and was told we couldn’t bring it on property. So parked it in the overflow lot in our extra parking spot and received a tag.

I’m sorry about the elevator issues — elevator maintenance and operations are handled by the condo association/HOA and are unfortunately outside our direct control. I’ve reported your concerns to the owner and HOA so they can investigate the safety and reliability problems you experienced. Regarding beach chairs, those are managed by the resort and often require signing out at the desk; I’m sorry that process limited mid-day access. I’ll ask the owner/HOA to clarify the procedure and improve communication for future guests. Parking rules and vehicle restrictions are also set by the resort/HOA. We recommend using the overflow lot for mid-size and larger vehicles, and I’m sorry the golf cart situation led to a tag — I’ll request clearer guidance be provided to guests about vehicle policies. The condo was simply perfect!!

My sister and I took our 80 year old mother for a girls weekend and it was glorious! The condo was amazing and the views from the balcony were stunning! The beach loungers and umbrella that were prepaid by the owners made the trip even better! I would love to come again and would highly recommend!

Spring getaway with family.

The unit was excellent and had a few extras that many places don’t have. The furniture and beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and an upgrade from normal furnishings in a condo rental. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends and would stay here again. The location was excellent and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed everything!

We love 2307!! Stumbled across this gem at the beginning of the summer while looking for a quick weekend getaway and knew it would be our go to place to stay when we are in PCB! Location is great, we love the neighbors, and you just can’t beat the balcony! Renovations are well done - place is super comfortable. Can’t wait to be back again soon!
