Welcome to our charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath home in Palatka, Florida! This cozy home is perfect for anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home while enjoying all that Palatka has to offer for pleasure or work.

As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the warm and inviting atmosphere of the living room. The space is beautifully decorated and furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day. We enjoyed our stay. Very cozy. Well stocked with supplies. Great air conditioning and water pressure which we needed on July 4th weekend. It was hot and humid. Enjoyed the coffee station and snacks provided! Will stay there again if in the area!

Perfection in Palatka!

Cozy, comfortable, clean, nicely decorated. Love the location…able to walk to The Ravines (park) and quick drive to downtown restaurants. Very nice and responsive host. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect personal space

Cute little home

This was perfect for our stay in Palatka. We have already reserved our next trip here. They had lots of coffee pod choices and snacks. A real treat. The location is perfect everywhere we visited was close to the house. The Ravine state park is within walking distance. Loved it. They also had good recommendations for local eateries which I appreciate.

My wife and I take about 4 - 6 vacations a year and we've always rented motel room or suites. This was the first time we've rented a house. I had to think it over a long time before I rented it due to wondering about the neighborhood, what the house was like, hidden fees, and of course if my wife would like it. When she walked in the door her first word was NICE and I'd have to agree. The price was competitive with the local motels in town, the house was clean and in a good area. We enjoyed our stay and I plan on many more stays at this rental.

The noise level from the trafic ( pick-up trucks, ) was so loud that we left 21 days before the end of our lease of 46 days. The couch was so uncomfortable that I watched the tv on a straight chair. The BBQ was so rusted that the inside parts were falling apart, so we could not take a chance on using it.The place is old but acceptable.The owner did not compensate for the 21 lost days. We will never go back. The add says “serene”: that is false representation.VRBO did compensate us by not charging the administration fees.

Niveau de bruit : La propriété est située en ville, comme indiqué sur la carte avant la réservation. S'attendre à un cadre rural est irréaliste. Pour aider, nous avons même acheté des machines à bruit blanc, mais l’invité est resté insatisfait. Confort du mobilier : Le canapé est un meuble standard, et le confort est subjectif. Les autres invités n'ont pas signalé de problème et ont trouvé l’hébergement agréable. État du BBQ : Nous prenons l'entretien très au sérieux et demandons aux invités de signaler tout problème afin que nous puissions le résoudre. Aucune plainte n’a été faite concernant le BBQ pendant le séjour, sinon nous l’aurions réglée immédiatement. Description de la propriété : Notre annonce est fidèle à la réalité, et le terme « serein » décrit l’atmosphère générale. De nombreux invités l’ont trouvée paisible et relaxante. Départ anticipé et compensation : La réservation était prévue pour une durée déterminée, et le choix de partir plus tôt relevait de l’invité. Nous n’étions pas tenus d’accorder un remboursement pour les jours non utilisés. L’annulation des frais par VRBO était indépendante de nos politiques. Avec plus de 99 % d’évaluations cinq étoiles, nos invités louent constamment le confort, la propreté et l’emplacement de notre propriété. À notre avis, cet invité n’était tout simplement pas satisfaisable, malgré nos efforts.
