Welcome to our downtown Summerville Funkadelic BRICK House! Let me give you the 411 on this 1968 custom sprawling brick ranch. You’ll go back in time to the 60s lifestyle, with an acre to explore and plenty of games, puzzles, and other distractions, any group will think it is “Dy-no-mite” without being over the top. There are 2 primary suites with private bathrooms and a king bed and the other 2 bedrooms have a full bed and large bathroom to share.

Family getaway

We enjoyed our visit at this house. The host was very accommodating and helpful. Close to highway and worked well for visiting Charleston area with our family and friends. Worked great for two families of 4 with kids. Also enjoyed the the houses’ artsy vibe :)

Double booking

So we traveled 13 hours to find out that the house that we had rented for the week and paid for in March was not available because they had double booked it and someone else was staying there and VRBO does not refund your money for 20 days after it was their fault so I do not recommend you stay with VRBO .Have a nice day
