Hospitality is a core value for us and we have been hosting guests for a couple years now. We enjoy creating spaces that make guest feel welcome and comfortable. We've lived in the Lowcountry for 25 years and Summerville for the past four.
Why they chose this property
Summerville is a very family friendly and hospitable town. Known as the 'Flowertown in the Pines', we enjoy calling it our home. The beautiful historic homes, many parks and convenience to Charleston and the beaches make it a great destination for a relaxing getaway.
What makes this property unique
We completed a total renovation of this property in 2023. There are very few modern homes in Summerville, so this Cottage is a standout in that regard. It is located on a quiet street, but within walking distance to Azalea Park and downtown Summerville.
