Come stay at our private, quiet, and newly renovated townhome located in the heart downtown. This spacious duplex is perfect for a group of traveling friends or families looking for a peaceful stay. It includes 4 bedrooms, large living room, 1 bath, and 1 full-size family kitchen. Completely renovated with brand new appliances, furniture and beds! Outdoor porch and yard- the general space is shared with the 2nd townhouse, but will have your own dining table and chairs (buying brand new so pictures to come)! There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the unfinished basement shared between the 2 townhouses too.

The compound is within walking distance to downtown Oneonta and only:
3.3 miles to All-Star Village
2.0 miles to Cooperstown Baseball World

Close to Downtown Oneonta and All Star Village!

Modern, clean, recently renovated duplex. Walkable to Downtown Oneonta. Only an 8-10 minute drive to All Star Village. Nice BBQ and deck in backyard and plenty of parking. Comfortable beds and bonus having a washer and dryer in the shared basement. Smart TV was great to watch Netflix or Max in between baseball games. It was just my wife and myself, but would have been big enough for our whole family of five to share.
