Nice short stay

We went to a show at the Capital Theater and this place was very convenient. Had a nice dinner in walking distance as well. The building is old and kind of gross, but the apartment itself was very nice, modern, and clean.

Clean with nice amenities

The unit is in an older building with key access located a block from a main street and close to downtown Stamford. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions and parking right outside the door. The unit is decorated nicely and towels and supplies are great. It was well-equipped with plenty of soap, lotion, shampoo, etc. The coffee and other amenities were lovely. Our only complaint was the air-conditioning units and the MYSA wall panels (like NEST) which were bright at night. The a/c unit in the bedroom is loud with a vibrating noise. The curtains are floor-length so we had to figure out a way to close the curtains without covering the a/c unit.

Naturally a huge fan of Stamford, currently still residing downtown for over 10+ years. I wanted a rental that mixed privacy with convenience. I found this small quiet building centrally located walkable to all but not in the loud bustle of your typical downtown street. 50 North is a cozy unit with just the right amount of space for a comfortable stay. I truly remodeled & furnished it with care with the goal of exceeding guest expectations during their stay.

Centrally located in downtown Stamford. Restaurants, shopping & nightlife are all a short walk away. Walk 5 min to Scalzi park and enjoy it's public track, tennis & basketball courts. UConn campus only a short stroll away. Minutes to Stamford Hospital & Sacred Heart PA Campus. Metro North train within walking distance offers a direct comfortable ride into NYC.
