very dated unit needing remodeling. Not like the pictures in ad. Stale odor. sticky floors.floors,old furniture. mildew on bathroom ceiling. overall poor

This property is located in downtown Clarksville but it's in a corner street so you won't hear a lot of noise. Austin Peay University is in walking distance. You can also walk to our new restaurant Shelby Trio. Shelbys Trio is a beautiful three story building that houses Joe's Garage, with muscle cars, an American eatery. 2nd floor is Trattoria di Cat which introduces fine italian dining. 3rd floor is Skyline 500 a roof top bar. You can see the view of Cumberland River and skyline of Clarksvlle.
