Had a great stay at the house very clean and very home feeling. Host was very accommodating and very nice will be booking another stay whenever we’re in Tampa Fl.
We celebrated oue anniversary at The Haven (great). Ate at Shrimp Co. (Also very good). Kitchen was somewhat sparse, noglasses. But did reallyenjoy our trip.
The place looked like a work in progress. My husband is 6’7” and the ceilings were low. On the positive side it was very clean and when we needed to contact the host, his response was quick and supportive
Isn't the best part of town but I didn't have any issues with the location. Take a blanket or request one prior bc it was cold.

Very nice and cozy clean says my grandkids. My only issue was host is not responding when time for check-in, when I gave them a complement on their house and the guest before me left dirty dishes.
The area was just not what I expected main street very busy

Just okay
Host was nice. There were no bugs. Washer & dryer worked. Roku tv’s were good. Easy access to downtown. Towels, bedding & pillows were provided but bring your own. Also bring air freshener. Oven wasn’t clean & neither was the a/c filter but the host did change it for us.

Ok place to stay
This place was in an suspect part of Tampa for us. The cleaners must of missed this place by mistakes. The floors and walls were filthy. We decided to buy new sheets to put on the bed based on the hair that we found in the bed. We were really disappointed. We will not return back to this place in the future.

Clean, Charming, Smoky
The property was spotless clean with the exception of yellow and stained pillows. The location was decent in terms of being near downtown and close to things to do while avoiding traffic. There were plenty of household items and two working smart TVs.The property smells like cigarette smoke. This is a multi generation home - you'll stay in the main house, and there is an attached apartment where someone else lives. Each residence has its own private entrance, but both are under one roof. The persistent cigarette odor throughout the main house is either coming from the attached unit, or it was smoked in long term and the smell is still there. It soaked into my laundry and into everything I brought in. When I was away from the property during the trip, I could smell cigarette smoke on my clothes. When I returned to my own home after the trip, all of my clean laundry had a strong cigarette smoke odor. Also, when there was heavy cooking next door, it completely fumigates the main home; I had to open windows to air it out.If I had known this was a smoking property before booking, I would have stayed somewhere else.
