Summary:
Unwind in a spacious, newly refurbished home! With two kitchens (upstairs and downstairs), it's ideal for families on a joint vacation, offering privacy. Enjoy modern comforts like a game-room, multiple TVs, fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, a Wet Bar, and Wi-Fi. Explore attractions like Blue Spring State Park and the Central Florida Zoo. The Space:
The rooms come in different sizes and there are a number of rooms to choose from. The master and two full beds are upstairs, which are close to the arcade and wet bar. The two other rooms are on the first floor, one with a full and another with a queen bed. All the rooms will be clean and comfy with beds, blankets, and towels. You will also have a kitchen, a living area, a game room, a washer/dryer, and Wi-Fi! The rooms might look different depending on which one you pick, but they will all be cozy and feel like home.

Guest Access:
When people come to visit, they can go inside the house using the front door or the back door.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet historical neighborhood right next to Mill Lake park and 7 minutes away from Blue Springs State Park.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for getting around, with many free parking spaces around the city limits.

Other Things to Note:
The house is in a peaceful historic neighborhood. No smoking is allowed! Our property is always cleaned well to ensure it's healthy and safe for you to stay in. Pets under 25 lbs are allowed for a flat cleaning fee of $60 dollars. Please get in touch with us if there are more than 2 pets.

Beautiful place

Everything was the same as the images but even better! The pictures don’t do the house justice. It’s also very close to blue springs.

Great Home in Quaint Location

John’s home was central to where my group was going. He was responsive and helpful. The home was great for our group (we really enjoyed the game room!) and was perfectly clean and offered plenty of amenities. 5 stars to John and his home, you’ll be in good hands if you stay here.

Great place to relax for all ages!

Property was very nice and the host was very accommodating! If you have young kids there’s also a crib and the house is very accommodating for little ones.
