Beautiful property. Close to beach and shops. Neighbor a bit cranky otherwise fun. Deck lights on back on motion detector. Couldn get them to stay on. Stove has loud hum when burners on. Remote issing in room with bunk beds. Would definitely recommend.

Very Dissatisfied

We just got back from our 5 day stay. The property manager was extremely prompt to answer to any answer prior to booking. As soon as we booked the communication lagged. We asked if we could have just a 30 mins early check in since my mother was special needs and it was extremely hot. We had a total of 8 in our group. We arrived at 2:45pm (check in was listed at 3pm). The cleaning crew arrived at 2:50pm and were extremely rude stating we could not come in. The property manager seemed unaware that they had just arrived. He asked us to go get ice cream with the kids and give cleaners time to do their due diligence. He said he would reimburse. We explained we had kids. He did take care of the cost of the ice cream. 2 hrs later no message to let us know property was ready. When we finally go in. The rooms had no sheets or pillow cases as listed. No towels to be seen or explanation. The ice maker was not working at all. We messaged him and stated that he would immediately send someone about the ice. Than later he messaged stating it was Sunday someone will be over next day. Next morning- he said he would reimburse us for the ice we had to buy. We had to put a trash bag in a cooler to have ice. WE WERE NOT REIMBURSED. My husband and I slept on the couches. The mattress in the main bedroom was the worst mattress - felt like sleeping on the floor. I messaged him about how displeased we were. NO ANSWER. The property is nice but not worth our peace and time.
