Completely rehabbed property inside & out for 2022! Beautiful views of the bay, incredible sunsets, plus access to the bay for Kayaking, or just enjoying. Two huge decks from both the lower and upper levels. This is 3 Bedroom, 3 Full bath townhouse with a Full Size Kitchen, sleeping for 7 to 9 people. This is NOT a condo. Can't wait for you to see this one!! Beautiful décor, fireplace, 2 parking spaces in lot, new furniture and mattresses!! Close walking distance to the beach, and restaurants! Our home has everything you and your family should expect on vacation! Please take a look at the photos and be sure to read through the full description of the accommodations before requesting a booking... we want to ensure this is the right fit for you, and you have everything you need!

**We like to know a little about our renters and their trip to ensure a fulfilling vacation for you and the preservation of our home... so please provide as much information as possible when making a request!

***IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE***
1) Please note the 25 or over min age requirement. By agreeing to terms of the rental, you are also verifying that you meet all requirements.
2) For guests with allergies, we can not allow pets of any kind.
3) This is a 2 story townhouse, 1st floor access. WATER FRONT. 2 assigned parking spaces.
4) Please note the sleeping arrangements!! There is one bedroom with a King bed; one bedroom with a queen bed, and one "bunk" bedroom with a twin over full bunk. This accounts for 4 beds for 7 people. We will allow 9 occupants, 2 people may sleep on the sofa in the living room.
5) Owner does not supply linens (bedsheets, towels, etc), please bring with you. You can contact Ocean City Beach Towel and Linen Service if you would prefer to rent these items as opposed to bring them. Here is there website: https://ocbeachandlinenrental.com. There are prices listed directly on their website.
6) During in-season vacations we are unable to offer early check-in or late check-out due to cleaning schedules. You are welcome to stop by to see if the cleaners are complete and if so, you may check-in. You are also welcome to contact me if you see the property is NOT booked the previous day to extend your reservation.

Relaxation

I am very pleased with everything: location, style of home, and interaction with landlord. It s relaxing to be by the water and having an upstairs deck as well to enjoy my view. I will definitely recommend to others.

Short List of Places to Stay in O.C.!

We were looking for a convenient place to stay during Fall Cruis'in. This location fit the bill. Not only great location with wonderful views but very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Check in was a breeze. Will definitely be back.

Everything about this property was beautiful. As soon as you walk in the front door you see the water. The house is beautifully decorated and updated. The view from both the back decks is beautiful. The check in and communication from Mark was great.

I am in the home rehabilitation business. My family and I live in Bel Air, MD, about 2 hours and 40 mins away from the this property. We enjoy the beach in the off season, more so then in the summer, which is why we have decided to allow others to use it!

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property, as I do several properties a year, through an on-line auction. Typically I renovate these properties and then re-sell them. However, we decided that this turned out so well, and Ocean City continues to grow as a destination, that we would hold on to it! Not to mention, we love Maryland and it's beaches!!

What makes this property unique

Has to be the views, as this property sits on the water, on the bay! It backs up to a protected bay, so wildlife is abundant!! Sunset views are sure to keep you coming back!! Short walk to the ocean, and restaurants!!
