Guest Access: No stairs! :) You have the entire house, and our extra lot for outside games. Very quick & easy access off Highway 40. Rather quiet area of town, especially inside the home because of the Brick Construction.
The Neighborhood: Easy to find, we are on the corner! Just look for the double gate entrance to the ranch. o Walking distance or a very short drive to Historic Downtown Williams. o Easy access to I-40. o Low traffic noise, especially inside the home.
Getting Around: Lots of walking options and many parking spots for Historic Downtown Williams, and so many other businesses/conveniences very close by. **Onsite RV parking**
Other Things to Note: *Care*: This is our Home-Away-From-Home, so we hope you'll cherish it as much as we do. We try to keep it Clean & Allergy-free, with non-harsh chemicals. -The butcher block counter tops are beautifully stained with Food-Grade Tung Oil, as are the two big butcher block cutting boards. -The closet doors are old, so be gentle when opening and closing. -For the washer, please use only 1 pod, or suds will leak out onto the floor.
*Safety*: -ALL outlets are upgraded to "Tamper-Proof" outlets. Electrical panel was upgraded as well. -This is a historical ranch site: We've done our best to clean, fix, and update to make everything safe. Please be aware there may still be some old ranch material left on the property. -The Gazebo with the picnic table is not very tall, so if you're around 5'10" or taller, just watch your head when you are under there. (we have plans to lift it in the future) -In winter, while we try to shovel the snow, be aware the ground around the home and sidewalks may be icy. -Play on the 'little train' in the extra lot at your own risk. Our kids play on it because we think it looks safe, yet we don't know if sharp edges are present.
*Hide-And-Seek* :) Can you find "Sebastian", our little porcelain resident sheep, in the home??? (see pic) If you find him, feel free to take a picture with him, and write about it in the Little Sheep Log Book on the side table in the living room!
*Time to Eat!* Ring the triangle on the side porch when it's time to eat!
*TV's* Big living room TV can angle off the wall a bit, so you can watch straight on whether you're on the couch or in the kitchen.
*Shower* PLEASE squeegee the shower walls and glass door after showering because water deposits will build up.
*Snow The snow shovels are in by the 2 sheds, if needed.

Owner was very friendly, responsive and attentive throughout the stay. House was very clean and comfortable. Location was great with an easy walking distance to downtown Williams.
To keep it short and simple, 10/10 experience, would stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the family-friendly activities provided. The location was very convenient to nearby locations that we wanted to visit.
This was a perfect weekend away for my family. The Foosball table and dart board were so much fun! There was a great choice of biard games too so we had a lot to do and some great bonding time. Highly recommend this location!
The property was super cute and super comfortable. Everything was clean and organized. Loved having the game room and the outside hang out area. Hoping we can book this again if we ever come back!

Hi Cody, Thanks again, we appreciate your words so much!
We can't wait to have you come and enjoy the ranch in the future. Have a great 2024!

Home was cozy, Host had our name on the board welcoming us when we got there it was very cute and appreciated! House had everything that was needed and gave us great ideas of what to do around town. Bearizona Wildlife Park and the Deer Petting Farm were Awesome!
We stayed at Sheep Cattle Ranch with our 5 and 7 year old. We really enjoyed the location, it was close enough to the main strip but far enough to have a bigger yard than most in town. They had outdoor games and indoor games that provided us with hours (literal hours) of entertainment. We will be purchasing a foosball table for the kids after this!
From the moment we booked, Kevin and Sylvie were extremely communicative. They thought of things that no other VRBO host has ever thought of and it did not go un-noticed! We’ve already recommended this property to family members traveling this way in 2025.

You rock Brianna! Thanks so much for your kind words! :)
The location of this property is great if you are interested in visiting the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, historic Route 66, Sedona, Flagstaff, or many of the other interesting sites in the area. The host responded quickly and professionally to all of our questions and resolved some minor issues we had promptly. The inside of the home is beautiful and well maintained. The size of the property was much smaller than expected. Outdoor activities at the ranch were not possible.

Hi Keith, thank you for the kind review. We are adding A/C this year, as well as horseshoes, so we hope you can come back again.
One question really quick: can you tell us why you felt the outside games were not possible? ...It is a 1/3 of an acre, so there's a huge amount of of room to run around and play soccer, croquet, frisbee, and Cornhole. Was the grass maybe too high?
Thanks, Kevin
