We enjoyed our stay

The house is located at a very quiet community and it's very close to highway and airport. It's very clean and all appliances work properly. It also has lots of room with an office which we like. We will rent again next time we visit San Antonio.

Nice Home / False insurance claim

The home was very nice and comfortable to stay. The rooms were all large and had plenty of space to store items. We really enjoyed our visit. Beware: When we checked in the stove and microwave were both damaged. I immediately took pictures, however, when we checked out, a claim was processed under my name. The list of damages was quite long. I contacted Daniel but he did not seem interested in resolving the matter or even asked to look at the pictures with a timestamp. His response was basically our word vs. the cleaning staff. Now I have a claim against my name for something we did not damage. We have family nearby and were excited to rebook after discovering this house, but we will not rebook.

Cleanliness: 1 star. Need to deep clean before arrival and after departure of guest. (I notified owner and he sent cleaning lady that half cleaned and sprayed for roaches)Pest Control: 1 stars Roaches and ants were in the house. Location: 5 starsHot water: 5 starsAmenities: 3 starsSize and comfort of property: 5 starsThe property has potential to be 5 stars if the owner would update the kitchen appliances and deep clean the entire property. The property was dusty, bathrooms have mold, mildew and soap scum, the kitchen appliances are old, the stovetop was completely cracked and broken. We had to use the oven only. The oven had grease and buildup. There were no tvs in the rooms. The only reason my family and I stayed was because we had cleaned the areas that was most important to us like the bathrooms and kitchen area. The property was large enough for all of us and the location was perfect. The owner did try and accommodate us by sending Debbie/Debra the cleaning lady to resolve some of the discrepancies. To add insult to injury, the property manager refunded me 30 dollars for my inconvenience. A refund of one full day would have been more appropriate. .
