We traveled to Minneapolis for a family gathering with our children and grandchildren. Rupert's home accommodated all of us and was a comfortable space for all ages. We loved the different sleeping areas for different parts of the family. The granddaughters made the bunk room their hideout and the grandsons gathered in the basement. Everyone enjoyed playing shuffleboard. The kitchen accommodated several cooks and the grill was great for a summer cookout. We loved being able to walk to the lake, Black Walnut Bakery, and Lunds and Byerly's. The cost is more than some rentals, but we had not complaints. You will enjoy sitting on the porch swing and watching the bikes, dog walkers and babies pass by.
Great location in a good neighborhood with lots of grocery and restaurant options nearby. Host was fantastic and flexible. Our big family appreciated having plenty of table space for meals and board games. Would stay again if we were in the area!

Thanks Sidney. We would love to have you all here next time.
Best possible location for a Minneapolis stay. The house is great with loads of room and walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Nearby lakes with running trails a real plus.
Truly wonderful home with plenty bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy for all . grandkids loved the shuffle board . It was a lovely space for holiday gathering .
We were here for Olympic Trials. The home was perfectly located on a lovely street. Our host was kind, attentive and welcomed us so nicely with a lovely spread. The house was perfect for us.
House was perfect for a group of 7 friends. Everyone had their own room with bathrooms on every level. Can't beat the Uptown location! A couple blocks to the lake, grocery store and food options. Host was very responsive and has done a beautiful job with this property.
Great house for a weekend get together! Comfortably slept our group of 12 people with room for more. Great main level space for spending time together. Backyard and grill are nice. The logistics (communication, check in/out, etc) were all simple and easy. We had the host, Rupinder, prepare dinner for us one night which was a excellent and very fun culinary experience, would recommend.
Rupinder was a great host for our friends trip to Minneapolis. He was communicative, friendly and helpful with recommendations in the area.
The home is in a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to all of Minneapolis and the lake. Easily accommodated 8 adults without having to share beds.
Would recommend and will look at the house again if we are ever back in town.
Stayed here with extended family including toddlers and grandchildren. Home was very comfortable and well appointed. Highchair and pack and play with mattress were provided.
Great communication with property manager! Really appreciated the extra touches. Best part was the steam shower in the master suite. Would stay here again.
The house is well appointed, cozy, and yet quite spacious. It was perfect for our large group. It’s location is convenient to lake Bde Maka Ska, as well as several restaurants and shops. Communication with the rental manager was prompt and helpful. We really appreciated the welcome charcuterie he thoughtfully provided. Excellent experience overall!
This location is amazing, close to wonderful walking trails around the lakes and many great dining options. The house itself is exactly as advertised with many comfortable bedrooms, a beautiful patio, and a main level perfect for a group of friends to gather. Rupinder is very communicative before and during your stay so you know your in good hands if you need any extra support (our stay went off without a hitch!). We will be using this property again for future trips to the Twin Cities
Is there a way to give more than 5 stars? This house accommodated our large family easily. Large common spaces and nice bedrooms/bathrooms. The owner was gracious and accommodating. Really can't ask for more.
We had a tremendous time at this house, which was ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but only blocks from all sorts of nightlife. It was also no more than 20 minutes away from just about everywhere we wanted/needed to go (airport, Paisley Park, Minnehaha Falls) and about a 2-minute walk from Minneapolis' largest lake. Best of all was our host, Rupinder, who was responsive and went over-the-top on any request we had. A true highlight of the trip was our superb culinary experience with him, when we hired him to cook a delicious meal for our entire group, inside the home. Highly recommended.
Wow, this home is fabulous. We did a work event here with 7 team members and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own room. The host is an amazing Indian fusion chef and made us a delicious meal. The house was spotless and comfortable, and Rupinder went out of his way to make us feel spoiled (music, a welcome treat to greet us, And easy communication when we had questions). 10/10!
I stayed here with some other couples for an extended weekend. The location is great and the house had plenty of accommodations for us and great spaces to hang out. Rupinder was easy to communicate with and very friendly. Unfortunately we did not do the chef and music experience, but i'm sure that would have also been a great time. The City is fantastic and we took full advantage of the easy-to-walk-to lake and Uptown from the house
This was a great place in an awesome neighborhood. The host was amazing. There was a bottle of wine, some cheeses, crackers, grapes and some cookies waiting for us when we checked in. The house is comfortable, clean, well restored. The steam shower was incredible. Outside of having some more/better cooking utensils and knives (which is a small thing), this place was great. To top it all off, on the morning of our departure we had some amazing pastries dropped off to us from the bakery a few blocks away. HIGHLY recommend this house!
This home is located in a nice neighborhood close to a walking trail around a lake and also interesting homes in the neighborhood. The home was great for a family gathering for events we had scheduled in Minneapolis with the homes location near downtown. It is winter but for spring/summer the back deck/patio needs some attention. The house offering is not worth the value of the rental but when considering it's location that helps overcome the high cost. We were pleased with our decision and property manager Rupinder was great to work with.

Hi Jeff - it’s winter and we don’t have plants serving us other than perennials. The back deck is as described with a waterfall cascade, dining and a lovely foliage during spring, summer and autumn. We had snowfall which was promptly attended to. I am sorry we fell short on your value expectations, however, we do disagree there based on our 2023 bookings and based on our pricing being lower than similar properties accommodating 10 (there are only a few) and who do not have the kind of benefits which come with the home. Thanks Rupinder
The house was in a lovely established neighborhood only two blocks from Lake Bde Maka Ska. The location was ideal as it was in walking distance for our littles to the play area and beach on the lake.
The house was large enough for our whole family to have their own spaces, with living areas and bedrooms so everyone could spread out. There were two dining areas adjacent to the kitchen so we all could have a seat at a table.
The beds and pillows were comfortable, although the comforter in the main level bedroom was quite warm for
summer.
Rupinder was responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would enjoy coming back again.
Excellent house with an excellent host in an excellent neighborhood
Rupinder's house was beautiful, excellently maintained, and wonderfully located.
We stayed here during our wedding, with a large group of friends, many of whom were meeting each other and seeing Minneapolis for the first time.
The location was a perfect introduction to Minneapolis—guests went for walks to the lake, nearby cafés, Uptown restaurants, and the Bakken museum. The quiet, beautiful neighborhood showed the residential side of Minneapolis. After a dinner Downtown, it was an easy bus ride back home.
It was clear Rupinder isn't simply "maintaining" the house, but continually enhancing it. We appreciated little touches, like the recent furniture, thoughtfully chosen artwork, extra towels, ample dishes, and gardening.
Perhaps most importantly, having five bathrooms kept everyone on time.

thanks Brent! It was nice to have your group for the wedding here. All the best to you and Siddhant!
My nonprofit organization selected this lovely house for our annual Board and Staff retreat. There weren't many homes available in the Twin Cities to accommodate our group size, and this house was perfect. Lots of space to spread out and each have our own rooms and wonderful common spaces like the kitchen, dining room and living room where we held our meetings. We enjoyed the house so much, we only went out to dinner once. We mostly shared meals in the beautiful, landscaped backyard. The location couldn't be beat. We walked around Lake Bde Maka Ska on breaks which was just a couple blocks walk away. Grocery stores were a two minute drive. Rupinder was such an excellent host, he left us a home made treat when we arrived and had left some beverages and snacks to start our visit off right! He was always available for questions, but we also had our privacy. We all slept well in the comfortable beds and nice linens. Everything we needed was provided - from towels and shampoos/soaps to all the stuff you would need in the kitchen. We had a productive meeting and a blast cooking and gathering together in this beautiful home. A gem in the Uptown area, I would highly recommend this home!

thanks Natalie. We would love to host you guys again.
We spent a week in this amazing property with our family (including kids ages 1-7), our nanny and then friends who came and went with their teenage kids. It was a PERFECT place to spend an extended period with space for privacy (our nanny loved the top floor studio!) and also plenty of space to commune. It had everything we needed from high-chair to wine glasses to plenty of linens to kitchen stuff to cook. The house itself was GORGEOUS both in terms of its bones (beautiful hardwood, elegant staircases, built-ins, high quality and not at all loud HVAC) and also how it was decorated. And there was a porch swing! Where the kids loved to sit and read books and watch thunderstorms roll in.
Rupinder was fabulous - above and beyond. When our grocery delivery came earlier than expected he was there to receive it and put it in the fridge (it was 90 degrees out!). He left a gorgeous and delicious welcome plate and answered my random questions via text quickly and even came over to help when I couldn't get the washer worker (doh! user error! he was so gracious with my silliness).
We hope to make this an annual visit as we loved the house and neighborhood and Rupinder's attention to detail and having a top-notch experience. Next time we hope to take advantage of his chef skills!
