We are located in one of the most popular areas - 5 Points in East Nashville. Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer.

No car needed - we are walking distance to many things! The airport is only about 15 minutes away. Downtown Broadway bars is 1.9 miles away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available.

If you end up cancelling within the refund timeline, you will receive your money back based on our cancellation policy minus the payment processing fee (8%).

Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.
