This beautiful custom Florida Mediterranean home, featuring three bedrooms each with it's own private bathroom and one half bath. This home has a gorgeous kitchen with a large island that opens up to a family room with a new spacious leather reclining sectional. A dining room area with elevated coffered ceiling, new high top dining table and buffet cabinet with various board games. A separate Den area with a 75 inch smart TV for gaming, a PlayStation 5 is provided along with various games. Large Master Bedroom has his & her closet, large bathroom with walk in shower and soaking Jacuzzi tub, closed off toilet room, king size memory foam bed, smart TV, coffee/beverage area in bedroom and a private entrance to patio/pool area. Two other bedrooms each with it's own private bath, one with a shower and the other with a tub, both bedrooms have king size beds (memory foam), coastal furnishings and smart TV's. Laundry room with front load washer/dryer and sink, iron and board provided, large folding area.
Elevated coffered ceilings throughout home gives a comfortable, relaxing open feel. Tropical views throughout overlooking a beautiful lagoon shaped pool with a large travertine deck, full sunlight throughout the day, surrounded by various palms. Relax around the pool and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. Weber BBQ grill, patio seating and lounge chairs provided.
Beach chairs, towels and pool floats/noodles provided.
10-20 minute walk to Indian Rocks Beach.

*There is no cable TV service you can sign into your own streaming account on any of the Smart TVs *

Coffee (Keurig) ,Tea, sugar, creamer and water bottles provided

Guests with toddlers/small children will be provided with a toddler bed.
Child booster seat with tray available.
Child safety fence around pool will be installed with guests 12 and under. Child life vest(s), pool floats and beach toys will be provided.

Our property is fully cleaned, sanitized and prepared for each guest.
Extra steps taken to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces and equipment.

House Rules:
-Absolutely No smoking of any kind / due to severe allergies (cigarette/etc. smoke detectors throughout home)
-Absolutely No pets of any kind / due to severe allergies
-No Party/parties
-No illegal activities or anything illegal on property
-No illegal drugs etc.
-No illegal downloading or illegal use of internet
-No glass in pool or around the pool deck
-No food in pool
-NO Diving in pool (NO HEAD FIRST DIVING) pool is 5.5’ deep at the deepest point,
*Please inform all guest before entering pool*
-No food or drink in bedrooms (exception for Master bedroom due to coffee/tea/water available in room, to be used responsibly if any damage guest is responsible)
-Clean BBQ grill after use
-Please make sure all windows and doors remain closed at all times for bugs and mosquito.
-Please keep lights off when not home

We ask please keep the noise level down while enjoying the outdoor areas as respect to neighbors and neighborhood. No parties allowed. Only numbers of people staying when booking allowed. If adding more people please contact the host.
*NOTE: For your safety, This property features exterior surveillance cameras. These devices may be recording activity for your safety, but should not infringe on your privacy. Strictly installed for the safety of our guests.*

Checkout instructions will be provided / left on the kitchen counter. Checkout procedures include:
-Placing all used / dirty towels on shower floor or in bathtub
-Stripping the sheets from the beds and placing them in the laundry basket
-Removing all garbage in home and placed in large trash can in garage
-Placing all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run the dishwasher upon exit
-Remove all items from refrigerator
-Please do not remove anything from the home

Damage
All damages and breakages are the responsibility of the guest and their costs shall be refundable on demand.

NOTE: This is a No Smoking property.
Smoking/Smoke of ANY kind if detected, you may have to pay an extra cleaning fee, which includes extra cleaning service charges and ozone generator hire, and is typically around $300 per room.

Please be aware, that pool and lawn service personnel may arrive UNANNOUNCED at any time during the day to clean/service the pool and mow the lawn area/blow debris from yard and pool area.

Liability
This property is a private residence.
We cannot accept liability for acts or omissions of our principles over whom we have no control (such as airlines and car hire companies). The property owners have stated in this agreement to us that they cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any injury sustained by the guest or any other visitors to the home or swimming pool or for any loss for damage, howsoever caused, to any property brought onto the premises. However we are not always able to control all the components of the facility beyond our control and for which we cannot accept liability.

Guests will be reviewed prior to booking. At least two stays with five star reviews will be accepted.

We take extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Our home is very special to us and we want it to be a very special place for our guests. We do expect the house to be used responsibly by all guests. Please take care and enjoy the property like it is your own.
