Neighborhood was quiet

Loved our stay! We very much felt like we were at home. We were stocked with starter sets of toiletries. Extra towels & linens. The location made it easy to adventure Mesa, Glendale, San Tan Valley. Proximity to shopping was excellent! Only suggestion would be to have a broom easily accessible for little messes. We bought one and left it, hopefully future guests can utilize it.

Mini Fam Vaycay

Place was very clean and backyard was big with lots of seating. Wifi/Tvs were down for majority of the trip and we reached out for help since we couldn’t seem to basic troubleshoot ourselves and we never got any help or response back. We could have had less of chaotic mornings had the tv been working but we made do.
