Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this fabulous, four-bedroom beach house located on popular East Beach with multiple beach access points one block east, and beautiful marsh views one half block west. Greeted by welcoming foyer that views into expansive first floor, featuring a parlor, dining room, spacious kitchen and living room

The perfect home for the family to spread out with open living and kitchen floor plan as you overlook an exceptional view of the private pool and water features. The fully stocked kitchen is a chefs dream and adjoins the dining table with seating for 6. The master suite is featured on the main floor off the living room overlooks the pool and offers four post king bed, sitting area and executive desk + printer, private bath with stand up shower, soaking tub and double vanity; you will surely be relaxed!

Retreat upstairs to find the kids room featuring 4 twin beds (bunks) with books and tv. The 2 additional separate rooms feature 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed with views of the pool and nighttime soft lit oasis. Upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and expansive double vanity sink with ample storage.

Downstairs you are treated to an additional full bathroom with stand up shower, that has been newly remodeled and single vanity that is directly off the private laundry room.

The backyard is a true oasis for relaxation. The pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day with a three day minimum. Speak to a reservationist to add this amenity to your stay.

Please Note: In the summer months this home will require a Saturday to Saturday stay. This may be reduced as the arrival date approaches.

Beautiful home

The house is very nicely decorated and homey! Plenty of room for us all. Extra full bathroom on main level was great bc only 1 upstairs. Nice pool and hot tub. Kitchen probably needed to be updated with better necessities, we needed more silverware, wine glasses and storage bowls would have been great! But overall 10/10

Perfect for our large family

This house has an excellent location just about 3 blocks from the beach access. We were able to walk there every day. Drove the chairs and umbrellas down in the truck and there was usually parking, but if not no big deal to park back at the house and walk. The kids rode their backs there and back. There are lots of quiet back streets where the kids were able to just ride even when not going to the beach. The pool was awesome. So when we got tired of the beach we could come back to the house and relax and swim. The house itself was very clean, which is number one concern to me. Plenty big enough for us to spread out. (Family of 10) Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.
