The home is also only a reasonably priced cab or Uber ride away to all of the DC sights, or alternatively get around the DMV area via the METRO subway (King Street stop on the BL/YLW Lines).

You’ll find the three bedrooms with a King, Queen, and Twin beds provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests. The bathrooms are stocked with everything you need including shampoo, soap, bath towels and more.

There is a washer and a dryer located on both the second floor as well as in the basement.

High-speed Wi-Fi internet is provided so you can spend time surfing the web or finishing up work outside of the office, or attending your next Zoom meeting.

Street parking is FREE, but please let us know in advance so we can obtain a pass for you!

Guests will enjoy fully private access to the entire 3-bedroom townhome, that's convenient to all of the Alexandria and DC highlights!

The Neighborhood:
The residence is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood within the HIstoric District of Alexandria VA. Just half a mile from the famous King Street. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the Potomac River Waterfront where you can walk/run/bike along the Mount Vernon Trail and enjoy beautiful views including The US Capital, Washington Monument and National Harbor. Enjoy live music and explore more than 200 independent restaurants, boutiques, and museums on King Street.

Getting Around:
King Street Metro Station is less than a mile away. You can walk 10 or so minutes to King Street and catch the free trolley to get there!

There are two bus stops within a 3-minute walk from the house.

There is a Capital Bikeshare rack on the corner of Franklin and Washington (next to District Taco), about a 4-minute walk from the residence.

15-minute drive to the National Mall/DC.
Guest can also walk to the Old Town Waterfront and take a water taxi to DC, or sightseeing cruise.
