The location is everything at The Carriage House! The apartment is not only stylish but spacious, too! Accommodations include two cozy Queen size Beds as well as a set of Bunk Beds. The living and dining space provide plenty of seating for the whole group! The kitchen includes a toaster oven, air-fryer, fridge, and sink. This apartment has everything you need! A luxurious interior with a Smart TV, black-out blinds, and coffee provided will make for a great getaway!

Carlton Landing is a walkable, resort-style community on the shore of Lake Eufaula. It offers all of the usual lake attractions with an upscale, new urbanism polish. We needed an overflow space for our group and this place was perfect. Great location, clean, comfy beds and a great bathroom. The kitchenette met our expectations as well. This is a great space to help accommodate a big group or just a cozy getaway for a couple.

Girls Weekend Getaway

This was a perfect place for four friends to getaway and have a great time! Space was clean, comfy and super cute! Great central location close to pool, Meeting House restaurant, common activity areas and waterfront. Great elevated patio area to relax. We will definitely be back!

The overall condition of the unit was good, however there were a few deferred maintenance items noted. On the plus side, the covered parking was appreciated. Parking at Carleton Landing can be a real pain. Bedding, linens, towels all very nice. We enjoyed our stay.
