The camper is a fully restored and remodeled 26ft 1998 Sunnybrook travel trailer. I spent the better part of a year restoring and remodeling the camper. The before and after transformation was remarkable! You will enjoy all the modern conveniences in this 90's blast from the past! Yes, it has the original tape deck and radio! It also has a Bluetooth sound bar and subwoofer to stream music from your phone.
There is a 40" tv in the living room and bedroom with streaming access to Netflix and Hulu. The kitchen is equipped with a 3 burner gas stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven and microwave. Coffee and tea are provided!
The mattress on the bed is brand new and has a foam topper so it is very comfy. It is a short queen so if you are like me and over 6'4" tall your feet will hang over slightly but it is not a problem. The bedding is all natural bamboo and very soft. The couch in the living room also folds out like a futon. It is even shorter than the bed so it's best for children.
There is central heating and cooling and an additional space heater.
The bathroom has a toilet and a shower. There is also an outdoor shower. It is on a separate water heater so you can take two showers at one time!
There is a seating area and small yard with a swing bench and hammock in the summer. The area is fenced and private - a perfect space for children, dogs or cats. There is one parking space provided. Additional vehicles will need to park on a nearby street.
If you will be staying with a pet, please indicate this when you book your reservation and pay the pet fee. Some guests have allergies and the camper must be cleaned thoroughly after pets have stayed there.

This is a real find in a central location and exceeded our expectations. Camper is completely remodeled - we loved the cozy bedroom and spent time outside in the fenced in area with our dog. Clean, well-appointed, nice little touches all around. A tiny home stay - we had a lot of fun there.
Very cozy, loved the privacy as well. Good communication and directions from property owner. When locking and unlocking the gate only put the key in about half way, then turn.
I enjoyed overall, because I once had a 32 ft. Motorhome and traveled 8,000 in it. I was familiar with little things like the Camper door. Things that require a bit more Patience.
The camper was perfect for what we needed. Only in town for a quick trip and didn’t spend much time in the camper. It was extremely clean and the remodel was done extremely well. The internet did not work to watch tv and the cable for the bedroom tv only had a couple channels that would come in clearly. Wasn’t too big of a deal since we didn’t spend much time in the trailer but other than that, the space was perfect. Definitely would stay there again.
overall a great place although I do feel using the word deposit for something that is a fee is deceptive. There is in fact a very clear unambiguous OED definition for each word and they are not interchangeable

There is a pet fee required for guests who book the camper with a pet. Additional cleaning is needed to make sure the camper is ready for any following guests with allergies. Guests are required to indicate if they are bringing a pet however David did not do this. I came over to the camper to help with an issue and saw he brought a dog so I sent a request for the pet fee. Had David booked the camper and indicated he had a dog, he would have paid the same fee along with the camper rate. There is nothing ambiguous about the fee. If you book the camper with a pet, you pay the fee. If you sneak a pet in, I will send a request for the fee.
We originally booked the trailer for three nights but ended up leaving early and getting a hotel due to the nonworking heat—only a small space heater was provided, and the trailer was freezing. It’s located in the owner’s backyard, with duct tape visible on the ceiling above the bed. The owner only offered to reimburse one night and asked us to return for the remaining two. Be sure to ask plenty of questions before booking to fully understand what you’re signing up for.

To be clear, this potential guest never stayed in the camper. The central heat does work and has always worked. This person was not able to figure out how to turn on the thermostat and ended up breaking it. I arrived an hour after their check in time to show them how to operate the thermostat but by that time they had already booked a hotel room. They sent me a message saying the place was great and they would love to stay if the heat worked. I confirmed the heat did work and refunded their night for the inconvenience. They decided to stay at the hotel for the rest of their stay instead of returning.
We had a lovely time staying in the camper while in Eugene for the weekend! Very dog friendly too & close to lots of parks which was a big plus for us :)
