Home away from home

We were displaced from both hurricanes and needed a place to stay with my family for a week. It was everything we needed! A wonderful place and the pool was awesome!

relaxing week

family get together, everything we needed was available in home. kids loved swimming in the heated pool. Close to shopping and beaches. In a very nice quiet neighborhood.

Generously Appointed Home

Very spacious home in an area we're familiar with. It was close to golf, parks and beaches. We also enjoyed shooting pool! Lots and lots of storage, well-equipped kitchen. We recommend this home!

Perfect Florida Getaway

This rental house offers a cozy escape with the added bonus of a refreshing pool. The interior is comfortable and well-equipped. The pool is a nice way to unwind and soak up the sun. The lanai is perfect for eating breakfast or just enjoying the day. The location is convenient for going to the beach or other excursions. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Great place to stay in the area

This was a great rental property. Perfect for our family of 4. We loved swimming in the heated pool and playing games of pool. Also sitting outside at night by the gas fire. It is a good location to the beaches, Indian Rock Beach is a nice quiet spot or go to Maderia Beach John's Pass. The owners were very helpful and available when we needed something. I would highly recommend.

Sweet 16

We came to Clearwater to celebrate our daughter’s sweet 16. The house was perfect location. Close to everything. We did a lot in 4 days including visiting Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater Beach. The kids enjoyed the pool and the pool table. The only negative was there were no TVs in the bedrooms. However, there were 2 living rooms with TVs which was nice to separate us from the kids. Highly recommend for families.

Having left the cold of Toronto, Canada looking for a warm, quite place to get away for a week, Alicia and Barry’s Pinellas County’s property was a perfect retreat for us! The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood and you can get to a number of beaches and other amenities like grocery stores and shops easily. The house is well-appointed, clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Barry and Alicia communicated with us throughout the booking, check-in and check-out process and it was a pleasure working with them. Will stay there again! Rob

Family get together

We had a great time! I live in Clearwater but my mom, brother, nieces, and nephews flew down from Chicago and we rented this house so we could all stay together and we wanted a pool. There were 10 of us total. There was plenty of space. We never felt we were on top of each other. We originally brought my dogs with but I think all the kids were too much for them so we ended up not having them stay. There are a lot of pool toys provided. The grill at the pool works wonderfully. The stove worked great. The ice from the freezer didn't work (unless we just didn't know how lol). The fridge/freezer is huge and there's lots of cabinet space. All the couches and beds are comfortable. It wasn't hard to get to the house. We all came together to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday and the cleaning lady was so sweet and decorated the house for us. My mom was surprised and loved it! The hosts were very easy to get in touch with and we never had any issues. We had a great time and would definitely consider this house again.

Family trip

Last minute booking for a family holiday trip, clean home, quiet neighborhood, heated pool, pet friendly, lovely well stocked kitchen. One small issue that Barry addressed quickly. We knew prior to booking that there was no king . bed in the primary or TV’s in the bedroom, the only things we missed

Nice little gem....great find

This was a pleasant visit from beginning to end...the house was in a very good neighborhood...it had all the things you could need to enjoy stay...only negative was the mattress in back room...my mom said it felt like you were in a taco...she just moved to other room. But it didn't interrupt anything...nothing at all bad about house. Just an observation..would definitely stay here again. Thanks 😊
