Peaceful Germanton Bungalow
Welcome to our Bungalow! A peaceful retreat located in the Germantown Schnitzelburg neighborhood. Within walking distance to all things LOCAL (coffee, breweries, eateries and more!). Less than a 10 minute drive to Churchill Downs, Louisville International Airport, the Kentucky Fair & Expo Center & the University of Louisville. Perfect for a small family or group.
So much love has been put into this home and we hope you find comfort in it. This bungalow offers two bedrooms on the first floor and a recently renovated basement with a large family room and additional queen size bed. Smart tv's throughout the home with access to Netflix, Hulu & Amazon. Our large front porch hosts a wonderful porch swing where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Or the backyard features a large patio with recently updated fire pit and adirondacks, perfect for a night cap. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessities to make any meal, a coffee maker, dishwasher and stove. Close to local coffee shops (The Bean is a house favorite), restaurants and more.
